Illegal Immigration or Invasion

I've snipped some Articles from three different sources for this posting.
MS-13 (Mara Salvatrucha) is classified as a gang by our government, but MS-13 was, and for all practical purposes, still is a paramilitary organization. With 200,000 members nationwide, and most illegal immigrants, it is an army, an invasion, and should be treated as such.
Anyone can search Yahoo or Google news for MS-13 any day of the week, and they will find murder after murder, and often the victims are US citizens. It is madness.
In remarks Wednesday, DHS Secretary Chertoff said ICE was deporting criminal MS-13 members. Nothing different then what the feds did 20 years ago.
The government has been deporting them for two decades, and they just come right back in. There should be a federal law allowing for their immediate execution if they return. US citizens that join MS-13 should be treated as traitors since the organization is a foreign paramilitary force. And, this includes any politician or government official that has granted favors to MS-13.
If joining or assisting a foreign paramilitary force inside our borders is not treason, what is it?
People really need to think about what is happening here in the USA. All the people that support keeping our troops in Iraq need to understand the paramilitary MS-13 forces in our nation this moment outnumber all our troops in Iraq. Why these folks are more concerned with protecting Iraq than our own soil and American lives is beyond me. What the heck are our people thinking?
When Princeton University, one of the most liberal universities in the nation, is hounding local police to do more to secure the area from the local MS-13 threat there, thats news. Its not just conservatives that are concerned. ALL AMERICANS ARE CONCERNED! http://www.dailyprincetonian.com/archives/2007/11/05/opinion/19186.shtml
Heres a snip from a Las Vegas news report:
The most violent gang of the bunch is MS-13, more of a paramilitary group than a mere gang. Its made up primarily of ex-soldiers from Central America, especially El Salvador. MS-13 is believed responsible for thousands of murders. Theyre suspected of working with Al Quaeda to smuggle terrorists into the U.S. And because of their military training, they are often hired as assassins or muscle by the Colombian cartels or Mexican mafia.
Carlos Acosta: "Theyve gone to war. Theyve killed people. Theyve fought."
George Knapp: "So, its more dangerous for you guys?"
Carlos Acosta: "Absolutely."
Larry Miller: "So, instead of kids youre dealing with trained soldiers." REF: http://www.klas-tv.com/Global/story.asp?S=7300961
Another Las Vegas report states "As feared as they are in our communities, the army they are building behind bars can be even more frightening." REF: http://www.klas-tv.com/Global/story.asp?S=7305459
From yet another college newspaper report: "Of course there could be gang members on your campus. Youve got bangers in the military now," REF: http://media.www.signal-online.net/media/storage/paper771/news/2007/10/17/Editorial/Gang-Activity.Shouldnt.Come.As.Surprise-3036918.shtml
Conservatives need to stop thinking liberals do not care about illegal immigration. Conservatives need to combine forces with the liberals that are concerned, and there are many. Only then can we hope to force politicians of both parties to act. We need to hang-up the conservative and liberal labels and come together as Americans.
If the government waits, and hell breaks out here in the USA, our citizens will not be asking to see any documentation. They will go after anyone they think an illegal immigrant based on race first and many honest, law-abiding US citizens of Mexican, Central and South American decent are going to be hurt badly! This should not happen, but the government has set the stage for it to happen. Its utter madness!
If this ever happens, hold the politicians accountable.

I've never seen a more contemptable group of sons-of-bitches in my life, who have been given the honor to serve us and yet have essentially taken advantage of that honor to destroy us. Great and true statement DoughtyOne! Would you give me permission to use this statement? Otherwise stated, I'm asking your permission to plagiarize: use it as my own everywhere.

In the long run you are correct, they will suck the system dry, however legalizing them will add money in taxes, it’s all robbing Peter to pay Paul. The government managing our money is just a house of cards.

In the long run you are correct, they will suck the system dry, however legalizing them will add money in taxes,If those taxes add to the SS "surplus," the net result is an increase in the national debt. Any "surplus" is put into the General fund to be spent elsewhere and the amount of the "surplus" is converted into non-market T-bills [read IOUs] and placed into the SSTF, which represents a liability and is held as part of the National Debt as "Intragovernmental holdings." So the net effect of legalizing the status of the illegals is to add to our national debt.
It is also worth remembering that once the status of the illegals is made legal, they can bring in aged parents, spouses, and children who can draw on the various entitlement and social systems. There are anywhere from 13 to 20 million illegals, so they will be able to bring in almost immediately tens of millions more under chain migration and family reunification laws. If that happens, the US is finished as we know it.

The real sleeping giant of this whole fiasco is the amount of children being born here. If we don’t address that we are just as screwed. Even IF we start deporting and they take their children with them, ALL can return at 18.

Identify the individuals in the pro invasion "contemptable group" (many "usual suspects" aligned with other "destroy us" collectives). Work to destroy them.
In general, I completely agree with your statement. Thanks DO.

The real sleeping giant of this whole fiasco is the amount of children being born here. If we dont address that we are just as screwed. Even IF we start deporting and they take their children with them, ALL can return at 18.The number of so-called anchor babies born each year is around 400,000. They don't have to be deported if there is a sponsor or guardian. They can sponsor their relatives to enter the US when they reach 21.
Actually, the sleeping giant is our legal immigration policy that brings in 1.2 million people a year with about 60% coming from Latin America. Combine that with the 500,000 to 1 million who enter illegally, most of whom come from Latin America, and you have a huge demographic change. In 1950 about 1% of the population of the US was Hispanic, today it is around 15%, and by 2050 it will be 25%. Non-Hispanic whites will be 50% of the population, down from the 89% in 1965. Today, half of the children between the ages of 0 to 5 are minorities as classified by the USG. Demography is destiny.
Bureau of the Census: Projected Population of the United States, by Race and Hispanic Origin: 2000 to 2050
If immigration continues at current levels, the nations population will increase from 301 million today to 468 million in 2060 a 167 million (56 percent) increase. Immigrants plus their descendents will account for 105 million (63 percent) of the increase. The total projected growth of 167 million is equal to the combined populations of Great Britain, France, and Spain. The 105 million from immigration by itself is equal to 13 additional New York Cities.
Unless the life chances of children raised by single mothers suddenly improve, the explosive growth of the U.S. Hispanic population over the next couple of decades does not bode well for American social stability.
The dimensions of the Hispanic baby boom are startling. The Hispanic birthrate is twice as high as that of the rest of the American population. That high fertility rate even more than unbounded levels of immigration will fuel the rapid Hispanic population boom in the coming decades.
By 2050, the Latino population will have tripled, the Census Bureau projects. One in four Americans will be Hispanic by midcentury, twice the current ratio.
It's the fertility surge among unwed Hispanics that should worry policymakers. Hispanic women have the highest unmarried birthrate in the country over three times that of whites and Asians, and nearly 1 ½ times that of black women, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Every 1,000 unmarried Hispanic women bore 92 children in 2003 (the latest year for which data exist), compared with 28 children for unmarried white women, 22 for unmarried Asian women, and 66 for unmarried black women.
Forty-five percent of all Hispanic births occur outside of marriage, compared with 24 percent for whites and 15 percent for Asians. Only the percentage for blacks 68 percent is higher. But the black population is not going to triple over the next few decades.

I like a lot of what you posted here with a couple of exceptions.
I would cut off all legal immigration for twenty years.
That's a target against the WRONG group and a blanket policy like that against the lawful would never be considered by the public.
In general terms, I understand fully what your aversion to this is. Those who came legally shouldn't be a problem, but they are. If our government were allowing folks to come here and meld into our society, you and I would have nothing to discuss here. We would be in full agreement. Unfathomably, that isn't what they did. They allowed massive numbers of legal immigrants to enter our nation and congregate in specific localities and regions. When that happened, they simply became partially a foreign island inside our nation. I talk of this in terms that are too black and white, so I do want folks to realize that and take some of this with a grain of salt, but problems do exist. Instead of these folks becoming Americanized over a reasonable period of time, their growth toward that is defeated. Their main contacts are from the old country. Why should they learn our ways and accept our society as fully their own. No, they live in a quazi foreign enclave even twenty to thirty years later. And the U.S. Citizen has to deal with all the ideosyncracies that go along with this. So yes, I would cut off all immigration for twenty years. It was done before in the early 1900s.
But as long as we're throwing out ideas that'll never get done, I'd expect the government issue citizens SS cards with biometric data backed by the same source document review you'd have applying for a US passport - yet, ass backwards as it be, the government wants to issue ID's to illegal aliens, another cost you and I would bear inflicted by aliens. So some in the government's proposal is to ID every potential alien in the world and avoid the only right, sane method of ID. CITIZEN ONLY.
This makes perfect sense if you accept that we have a fully benevolent government that will never use this biometric ID against us. It makes perfect sense if you think the biometric ID will never morph into something akin to a mode to buy and sell. I can't accept either of these any longer, so the biometric ID becomes very problematic IMO. What the government giveth, the government taketh away. Not everyone agrees with this. Many side with your on it. We did survive for quite a long time as a nation without the ID system folks are pushing for. I suggest we address the real problems and leave this idea for Hugo Chavez.
I belive that's the only two things we disagree on. I don't think either perception is flawed on your part. I just think there are contributing factors that make me see the issue a little differently.
I'd welcome the policy that says "Mom, Dad not a legal citizen? sorry kid, unless one parent is here legally, apply for citizenship when you're 18." Issue the parents a proviso notice or a conditional birth certification for the child's future use giving him/her citizenship applicant preference and ship them all out.
Bingo. This needs to be done in some form.
Next thing to do - dismantle and outlaw the subversive group, ACLU, La Raza, CAIR, etc. and allow states suspend or rescind the licenses of its practicing attorneys associated with such groups. By doing that, there'd be less challenges to ID'ing "persons of interest" and the lawful inquiries into legal status. Also, remove any/all challenges to deportation order executions - challenges may be done from the alien's home country and paid for by the challenger, it's one reason why we have DIPLOMATS.
While I agree with this in spirit, I'm not sure how we could do this legally. It may also cause more problems than it is worth. If we destroy the leftist treasure trove, they're going to use the same law to destroy some of what is good about this nation. I don't know how we could do this, but if someone has a good idea how we carry it out without downside, I'm on board.
We need to make it unlawful for anyone to accept ID's issued by foreign entities from within the US. Unless a legal entry was made through a designated point of entry, properly stamped or marked by US Customs with the date/time of entry and found in Custom's database, that foreign ID ought be voided and confiscated. Banks bearing "FDIC" ought be forced to comply with those ID requirements or face operational suspension for noncompliance.
Agreed. No doubt about it, foreign entities issuing IDs in side our nation, and our government allowing it is unacceptable.
America, then, needs rethink its obligations in "entitlements". IMO, except for those of disability status, persons of civilian status and under retirement age who've never worked twenty consecutive quarters without arrest and conviction of a crime ought not be "entitled" to anything. I'd also like to see obesity removed as being labeled a disability that places one on taxpayer care unless they're willing that doctors employ a USDA approved program to downsize them. To remain on disability, the obese ought have to show at least a 2% weight reduction per quarter, with benefits reduced commensurate with their failure to comply with reduction goals.
I agree with this too. The first issue in your response is precisely why. I have seen people who are elderly come to our nation and get some form of retirement under SS that never worked a day in their life here. And now we wonder why the system is going belly up. It's disgusting what has taken place and it needs to be stopped. I would go further. You don't know how many people in this group own their own homes, own expensive cars, wear gold chains and other expensive jewelry, and are on Medical due to a lack of funds. These folks are milking us dry. Those days are gone IMO. It's time to pull our collective head out and put an end to this.
Getting Americans back to doing jobs Americans have grown too lazy to do needs be a priority, and quitting paying them for not doing those jobs is paramount.
I agree. Thanks for the reply.

If it is a thought you identify with, please use it as your own. People seeing the thought, realizing it’s true and passing it on is all I care about.
If we don’t see it and recognize it for what it is, we can’t begin to put and end to it by fixing it.
I don’t place anything here without hoping that those who can agree will pass it on to others.
As for ownership, nobody owns patriotism and love of country. I express these opinions so that others can identify with them and adopt them as their own, and if my words help them deliver that message to others, they have my blessing to use them as their own.
Take care.

That is a hyperbolic logical fallacy. Just because people aren't advocating executions of gang members does not mean they care more about Iraqis than Americans.

We have a winner. Ever go to an American elementary school latelely? Given the rate that these people breed, America will be a hispanic crap-hole regardless of whether or not we deport criminal aliens or not. It’ll just take longer.

I'm with you on this. I'll even volunteer to carry out the executions.
I can't say I could do that far myself so I am glad that other people will do it. Sometimes you just have to fight fire with fire. I think we need to stop the compassion & show gangs & certain groups we aren't going to be nice & we've had it with their bs. Sometimes you have to treat animals like animals & stop trying to help them or give excuses for them. These people don't value life, they want to destroy us.
