I see this is also breaking on Fox .. the TMZ.com site has a video of an interview with the victim.

I wouldn’t put anything past OJ Simpson, but somehow I just don’t believe that he was involved in an armed robbery in Las Vegas.

But it was just a sting operation, according to OJ. Apparently all the time he has spent looking for the real killers has given him an interest in other kinds of law enforcement activity.

Earlier today, Simpson told the AP he didn't break into the room, he just took what was his. With a gun. I think I grabbed the old shotgun and go get my Lincoln that I traded in.

OJ may not have brandished a gun in the room, or even had one with him.
But a gun was used in the commission of the robbery or attempted robbery.....so everyone in the OJ "posse" is equally guilty of the crime, including him.
And yes, it IS a crime to do what they did.

OJ was just looking for Nicole’s killer.
Damn that man has perseverance. I believe that someday his relentless struggle for justice will be recognized.

No Johnny Cochran, no Judge Ito, no LA Prosecutors office, no all Black jury. OJ is going down.

One of OJ's attorneys was a co-founder of
LegalZoom.com. Maybe Simpson can find a useful legal form at the company's web site.

Wasn't some of O J's personal memorabilia handed over to the Goldman family as a partial payment for civil case?
I'm wondering if this is some of that memorabilia.

The only thing that bothers me about this whole story - Is FOX News obsession with celebrity scandal news. You can bet it will be 24/7 OJ for weeks.

In spite of the victim’s statement—the auctioneer of the suit, in spite of video camera tapes showing Simpson with his friends two of whom had drawn guns in the hallway, in spite of Simpson’s own statement that he was there carrying out a sting operation- read that as carrying out an armed robbery- the police still have said he is only a ‘suspect’...He is not under arrest...The police are now interrogating the walls to see if they saw or heard anything, next will come the cleaning staff..meanwhile the suit in question—will probably disappear

OJ is a narcissist who believes he is above the law. That is a typical trait of all narcissists. He got away with murder, why not robbery (armed or not)?
Maybe he was looking for his gloves, the ones he verified he had, but in court THAT pair that were produced as evidence were ones that supposedly "...did not fit." So, whatever happened to the gloves that he must have had? They were NEVER produced by OJ or his legal team to prove that his gloves were not used. Wonder why not?
Wonder why the actual gloves were not admitted as evidence to offset the question of the gloves that were brought in and "...don't not fit."
So, maybe the expensive gloves were stolen for memorabilia, and OJ was looking for them in Las Vegas? I mean, would he have lost such a pair of expensive gloves? They must have been stolen from a locker! LOLOLOL
