The man who claims he was robbed by O.J. Simpson has just spoken exclusively to TMZ. Alfred Beardsley, a sports memorabilia collector, says Simpson and his posse pretended to be customers who wanted to buy the suit Simpson wore when he was acquitted. Beardsley says they entered the room and two men drew guns.
He said Simpson was calling the shots during the alleged robbery. Earlier today, Simpson told the AP he didn't break into the room, he just took what was his.

I wouldn’t put anything past OJ Simpson, but somehow I just don’t believe that he was involved in an armed robbery in Las Vegas.

But it was just a sting operation, according to OJ. Apparently all the time he has spent looking for the real killers has given him an interest in other kinds of law enforcement activity.

Earlier today, Simpson told the AP he didn't break into the room, he just took what was his. With a gun. I think I grabbed the old shotgun and go get my Lincoln that I traded in.

If the crime does not fit, you must acquit.

But it was just a sting operation, according to OJ. "It was a personal sting operation" = "Columbian drug lords"

Sounds like he was involved in some way, though maybe it did not happen as described.

Earlier today, Simpson told the AP he didn't break into the room, he just took what was his. It wouldn't break my heart if something like this put O.J. Asshat behind bars ... nor would him making all kinds of new intimate friends once he got there

OJ was just looking for the knife, he is still trying to find the killers.

Why didn’t the police confiscate the “stolen stuff”? And return it to the person Simpson stole it from. Or, at the very least hold it until a court decides.

I wouldnt put anything past OJ Simpson, but somehow I just dont believe that he was involved in an armed robbery in Las Vegas. But OJ has a well-known cocaine problem and he spends way too much time in a place with no zip-code.
With that thrown into the mix, all bets are off.

OJ may not have brandished a gun in the room, or even had one with him.
But a gun was used in the commission of the robbery or attempted robbery.....so everyone in the OJ "posse" is equally guilty of the crime, including him.
And yes, it IS a crime to do what they did.
