He very clearly said the Department was bureaucracy. That we had the ability to track the terrorists before 9/11 and that all that was added after was more levels of bureaucracy. Considering it was the intent of the Department to cut bureaucracy and streamline the lines of communication between departments, I'd say that was a failure.

I agree Ron Paul is the BEST on small government Conservatism.. I am very libertarian on small government. I agree with shrinking it down to a size that it can be drowned in a bath tub. That is the day I would finally be FREE. Paul is the only one who understands and has the guts to say what needs to be done. He won’t win but I am glad he is there to point the right direction.

He said it at the last “debate” too, but everyone was too busy yukking it up with LARDBALL to notice.

Hunter sounds resolute and presidential. He’s giving real-world examples (”One company left in America that makes [armor needed for military purposes”;”27,000 jobs lost in South Carolina alone”). The man is ON.

Tancredo on spending: follow the Constitution... [all that’s there is] the defense of the country.
To: James W. Fannin
Ok score at break?
I have to give it to Hunter, then Paul, and Huckabee (simply for the Edwards Joke), then Tancredo.

I think that Romney believes in Lord Jesus Christ. His mormonism has its wrong stuff and issues in our eyes, but the man is a good Christian. How about if we have a good Jewish man running for President and he is a great conservatibe, would you have problem with him?

Hunter is right on a lot more points than he is wrong. Not the perfect candidate, but a good one.

Ron Paul is a Libertarian. I like the Libertarian perspective-—which is very conservative. The only negative...and a big one....is their anti war stand. But get it straight...they are NOT Democrats!

Thank God that line came right after the drunken sailor line. As a Navy vet I would hate the John McCain drunken sailor line to be the line of the night.
