I think you’re right about the current shallowness of our foreign policy, but I still think Paul is a kook.

I heard what he said, No you didn't. If you did you wouldn't be defending him. All you want to know is whether he is a libertarian or not. You people are dangerous.

Tancredo is looking for Jack Bauer while Ron Paul is looking for Cindy Sheehan.Paul will have to pry her out of Lew Rockwells cold dead hands.

Once again, Paul seems to be the only one who cares about the Constitution...
To: LdSentinal
Ron Paul supports the Constitution and sound foreign policy, which includes actually getting Bin Laden instead of fighting a needless politically correct war in Iraq where we have no national interests.

I was not trying to claim that your terminology was ridiculous, rather I was referring to the Mass gun laws. I don’t know if Romney was talking about the federal so-called assault weapons ban, but his recent experience is with our state laws. We are not allowed to possess any high-capacity (as determined by the state) magazines manufactured after the federal ban date of 1994.
So it is important for me to understand the distinction, in other words, which ban he supports.

Yep, I wish McCain would enjoy a nice retirement, too. :)
Hunter would be better than Rudy on immigration, because he is sincerely against illegal immigration, and Hunter’s bill got a fence built at a strategic place which was VERY EFFECTIVE.
Border security - National security
I was ready to give Romney the benefit of the doubt about changing his mind on the life issue, but when he said the govt. shouldn’t have stepped in to save Terri Schiavo, I have my doubts about Romney and the life issue.
Also, Romney wants a partnership with Red China. Red China is our enemy, and Romney is for socialized medicine, aka universal health care.

When Romney wavered about federal funding for stem cell research - Hunter was certain about his opinion and wanted to share it with Mrs. Reagan.
Unlike McCain, Hunter did not pander about his faith and try to walk a fine line between secular and religious. He was definitive about his belief as to what was the correct course in the Schiavo case.

“FoxNews wasnt half as disappointing as the response from the audience in completely missing the point.”
Or the fools here suckered by Rudy’s desperate burnishing of what was actually a terrible exposure of his awful record in NYC. Here comes Hannity with his Rudy-buttsmooching.

That is a good finish. One of my favorite moments in international events, ever. Few moments so well exemplify true courage.
Hunter did well. None of the candidates was a clear winner this evening.
