Hunter was given a LOT more time tonight then on the Communist News Network version.

Kudos for Hunter mentioning the Sovremenny destroyers. Not so many for failing to mention that they're a 26 year old platform that is highly vulnerable to US anti-surface weapons. It's worrisome, but China has been acquiring more effective weapons than that.

I think McCain is the big losers tonight. (Paul was worst but he was already toast)
Rudy, Hunter and Tancredo gained some.
Romney didn’t change much.
THe others have no chance.

That was EXACTLY what I said while he was speaking!Me too. McCain has lost touch with reality.

“Ron Paul said we need to understand why they attacked us and deal with that. That is the same as saying we asked for 9/11”
Snore. Is saying we need to understand why murderers kill and deal with that saying we as a society ask for murders to occur? Hardly.
You people aren’t even thinking about what you’re posting.

LOL!!! I majored in history in college. Sorry if the historical view doesn’t support the Republican ‘understanding’ of Islam and the Middle East...

McCain did good in the debate but I do not think he won. I think the debate overall was won by Romney.

Well, in this old man’s book, Romney and Hunter were the clear winners. Rudy played his strongest card, defense, but he once again shot himslef in the ear with his defense of abortion on demand.

Antoninus was the first AFAIK to coin that moniker. Gilmore is using it - probably without attribution. Am I correct Antoninus?
Yep, I made up Rudy McRomney right here on FR. Score another one for Free Republic going mainstream!
