Will FR embrace socialism to make way for Rudy Giuliani as a Republican presidential candidate?

We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.
One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to rule over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.
All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.
FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?
Do you really expect me to do that?

That's right. Just try to get rid of me. ;-) Never.
And I don't get rid of anyone. They get rid of themselves like bugs to the bug zapper. It's an interesting phenomena.

It'll calm down when we can talk about other candidates besides rudy. Any that spoke against him was berated and ridiculed. They stifled debate on him and no matter how many time brave FReepers pointed out where they were wrong when it came to rudy, there was hell for them to pay because of it. He is a liberal and some were defending him. On a conservative site he was being defended.
He cannot win in the primaries. This is when he has to be taken out, before.

Sorry, my belief is take it to the right. You will lose some, but gain a whole lot more. If you get lost along the way, I wish you well on your journey. I personally intend to stand up and stake ground. I am pleased that Jim feels the same way. Arguing about the lesser of two evils, what is "potentially" are best shot (in the meantime giving into gun grabbers, abortionists, gay activism and moral relativity) just for the sake of fear is a fruitless encounter and a road we have time not to take.

Only 81% of members want Roe V. Wade overturned? Something is wrong. I have a feeling that many of the abortion supporters have now departed us.

As somebody who can say thank you for eloquently stating my feelings on this thread...let me suggest the reason(s):
A small group of avid Rudy Giuliani fans flooded the forum with countless threads. It seemed every time Rudy flatulated, I was being pinged...until I had to say 'uncle'.
While Rudy has the popularity (at this moment anyway)...to possibly win the nomination, JR slapped us..."SNAP OUT OF IT!"...just like Cher did to Nicholas Cage in Moonstruck.
I think you can agree...Rudy doesn't speak for conservative values in any way shape or form.
In our zealousness to not experience the Clintons moving back into the WhiteHouse, many of us needed to be reminded that winning the election and beating Hillary is tantamont to taking thirty pieces of silver to sell out our principles.
While we still have time, we can keep the GOP from being hijacked by liberals.

So you think ole' Mitt is hot, eh? No. I think he looks presidential. But, that's just me. I don't know why. He just does. Almost like an actor playing the role of President. I think that same thing about Fred Thompson, but Thompson has far more perceived gravitas than Romney will ever have.

It was far worse and you know it. Don't try to blame Jim or the mods for your foul mouth. This is number three.

“Not offended - just pointed out that you didnt even bother to examine what you linked to.”
No. I did notice. Doesn’t mean it couldn’t happen.
“And I already replied above that it was to have contact with folks who have long histories here, outside of the recent idiocy.”
I’m all for keeping contact with friends, just like you.
But I would find it a difficult choice hang with friends that frequent a site that bashes other friends on a different site.
And I would tell them so.
You may not be of that mindset, and from everything that you’ve posted so far, I believe that to be the case, but some of your new ‘future’ friends are. So my skepticism may be understandable. Maybe not.
