We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.
One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to “rule” over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.
All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.
FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?
Do you really expect me to do that?
People here are not only against gay rights, they just plain don’t like gay people. Am I wrong?
The Schwarzenegger virus is what afflicts Guiliani, get elected by any means then turn back into a liberal like before. What are the Republicans going to do about it?
Look what is happening with Gov Christ in Florida ... the guy is turning into a liberal fruit cake right before our eyes. He met with the one sheet girls today.
Don’t fall for it. If Rudy runs, elect the real thing. Throwing rocks at the other side works better than trying to explain why your guy is turning into a liberal nut. If Rudy is the candidate, I won’t vote, let Mrs Bill Clinton win and then load up the rock box. As Dingy Harry is finding out ...
I don’t see any of the GOP Presidential candidates who are considered either too liberal on social issues, upsetting conservatives too often during their entire duration as politicians, or having too much negative personal baggage on them as eventually becoming the final GOP choice for ‘08 President, and this includes but is not limited to all three present GOP first tier Presidential candidates Romney, Rudy, and McCain.

I couldn’t care less about whether people are gay or straight. In fact I count gay people among my friends. I’m more concerned about my 2nd Amendment rights, abortion, fiscal responsibility and the WOT. And I’m not sold on Rudy being the best guy for any of the four.

I guess that explains why you didn't seem to mind defying its conservative mission with all your support of the most liberal GOP presidential candidate in the history of the known universe - a liberal that is so liberal that it makes most Democrats blush. Well somebody’s got to win, and frankly Hillary is just personally disliked by many voters, as well as by many Democratic Party movers and shakers (as has been seen in the past couple of weeks with the fundraiser defections to Obama). And anyone’s who’s been paying attention knows that Rudy scores a whole lot higher than Hillary in the honesty and integrity categories. And Rudy simply doesn’t have Hillary’s mile-long enemy list.

i can relate! with the contacts, i didnt even get to enjoy them and they were colored! my eyes were stabbed to death by the time i got them in lol!! i finally gave up!

For you and others who claim the same, Jim is NOT losing it, nor has he ever lost it. IT is his value system and beliefs, to which he holds firm, with valor, integrity, and courage. I am proud to be a member of HIS conservative website!
