OMG Nick bergs father is blaming the US for his sons beheading! He's been doing that since it happaned. I give the grieving a lot of compassion, but he's a little nuts.

Hi TOL....
I was thinking how President Bush or Karl Rove should have a military helicopter fly over the VietNam Memorial and video the ENTIRE area.
Then he should have the video explain who the anti-war people are vs. the huge crowd that is a counter-demonstration.
He should call a press conference ...tell them it's about AG Gonzales and use the PC to embarrass the MSM.
Show the American People and the world they are reporting the news dishonestly.
THE THIRDS OF THE PEOPLE ARE NOT AGAINST THE WAR! It's a lie!

I don't understand his logic...his son was not in the military, he went because he wanted to make money, so what does that make his son???
To: HollyB
what did he say?He said that the protesters in the US together with the "resistance" in Nam ended that war and the same sort of thing would work with this one.

I don't understand his logicThe poor man doesn't have any. He just has hate, which pre-existed anything that happened to his son.

So,..I guess they want OUR troops to change sides...and fight WITH the terrorists???
This guy wants "take the military back and make it a military of the people"?????
what does a 'military of the people' do??? Do they fight the enemy or JOIN the enemy, which is what is being celebrated here today.

Telling it like it is. Pukes can't handle the truth. They won't turn on CSPAN right now because if they did they would go berzerk and start shooting their guns indiscriminatly in the streets."

I just saw them show both sides of the parade route - and what a contrast! The loonies with their chicken-yellow signs saying all kinds of stupid "Bush is Hitler," "Bush committed war crimes" stuff, and our side with flags proudly waving. A really good snapshot of what each side stands for.

This guy wants "take the military back and make it a military of the people"?????Is he so stupid he doesn't know it's an all-volunteer military? It IS a "military of the people" - a cross-section of our country, and, frankly, better than most of it.
