Kids from the 60's and 90's at my house enjoyed it! (And I was pleasantly surprised that the dnacers were pretty subdued in their dress (for the sack od the 90's kids!).
Years ago, Billy Joel and Elton John had a tour together, and I saw them at the Tacoma Dome. Both being piano players, it was an excellent show, doing alot of covers of each of their hits.
Two grand pianos on stage, facing each other.
Man, I ain't been to a concert in years.
Sorry -- these half time extravanganzas leave me cold.
Give me a precision Drum Corp band! (and leave all the staging and pyrotecnics out of it)
Couldn't believe CBS gave a promo to Katic Couric on the very first commercial break of the game. Talk about desperation...can you believe the money the network gave up to play that spot?

The bad thing about a domed stadium for the SB is that you can't see anything in the third quarter because of all the pyrotechnics smoke hanging in the air.

Oh I know how good he is. As someone who is learning guitar, Prince and Lindsey Buckingham are my inspiration- both always overlooked by those stupid 'best ever' lists.
I agree... good show. Isn't Prince in his late 40s? Whatever his age he looks great... he sure hasn't changed much over the years.

I see what you mean about the rain. I have MIA RADAR looping in another window and cells keep popping up. Does not look like much wind though.
I agree. By the way, is there a sports announcer anywhere that doesn't have a man-crush on Peyton Manning? I swear John Madden wants to be his wife. I guess he's on the rebound since Brett Favre has faded and even his dog thinks he should've retired 2 years ago.

I could have done without the Snickers and Chevy ads. In fact the ads have been boring generally. Katie is annoying. I've seen enough of the game which the weather has made pretty entertaining. Prince had moments but not great overall. I missed the national anthem unfortunately.

Sorry, it ain't. Super Bowl XLIV will be held in Miami in 2010, and there are no plans to either build a new stadium, or convert Dolphin Stadium to a dome.
Oh just round 3 ft of snow in the last 4 days. No big deal. :)
