The only reason Massetusetts keeps sending Kerry and Kennedy to Senate is that it gets them out of the state.

Maybe he'll ask John Edwards to go out and respond for him.

Wolf Blitzer just catagorized the President as "going after" Senator Kerry. This network is pathetic.

That is what I have been saying all along. Nothing good can come from deflecting attention away from Kerry. Left alone he will just make it worse and worse for himself, witness the arrogant, lame-ass "I apologize for nothing" crap. Responding to that fool will do nothing but prevent an endless series of soundbites that could have been used against Kerry in 2008.

Thinking this one through, at first glance one would want the President to stay above this, but quickly realizing that the MSM meme tonight will be to prop up Kerry (given what Lurch did is incredibly damaging to the DUm mid-term pogrom); if Bush points out Lurch's mendacity, at least they'll give up space for 10 seconds or so of "refute", even if the entire piece is slanted towards Kerry. But it had better be succinct and to the point.

Guessing here that Rove has come up with a memorable zinger he can't resist using. Fine by me.

You'll be able to tell how bad this hurts the Dems by Carville's manner.

Just in the San Juan metropolitan area. I don't know about the other companies that serve the rest of the island. The contract is over tonight and FNC will be charging $1.00 per viewer up from 25 cents.

But thank God for Free Republic!

Mister Kerry has insulted everyone currently in uniform (including my Marine daughter) and literally every veteran (including me).

We vets are a pretty tough bunch. We've been insulted before. As truly offensive Mister Kerry is, we're not figuratively "wounded"

However, it's instructive just how Mister Kerry really feels about his alleged "Band of brothers".

As a side note, guess how most folks in uniform will be voting next week?

Some CNN babe read an advance excerpt from what the President is going to say.

Bush says Kerry owes our military an apology. Duh. At the very least. By me those lily-livered Senators should be demanding Kerry's resignation from the U.S. Congress. There's no excuse for a Senator to be saying such demeaning things in a public forum, no matter that Senator's idealology.

Get this...the CNN babe says that Bush is latching onto Kerry's statements to launch "yet another attack" against the Democrats.

Soooooo....Kerry didn't say what he said? CNN is using the Dem talking points right in our faces and thinks we are so stupid as to fall for it.

John F. Kerry thinks no less than you and I, folks. He is from blue-blood, a social strata that knows not about pride, honor and love of country. Indeed, a blue-blooded vacuum complete with a sense of entitlement for all that such lineage deserves.

Which includes the respect of our silly minions who are stupid and silly and so dumb that we send our children off to defend the likes of HIM.

I am so damn mad. No U.S. Senator should have said what Kerry said. Now Carville out saying Kerry "botched" a joke.

I do not believe the ladies at the beauty parlor will ever buy this. To think so is to treat us as stupid as JFK thinks we are.

Let the Dems keep digging.

Just about as pathetic as Kerry's press conference where he was playing the victim. What a whiney-ass baby.

James Carville is on CNN, saying Kerry didn't owe anyone an apology...just an explanation for "botching" a joke.

Mary is going to take James to the wood shed tonight..count on it!

Maybe he'll ask John Edwards to go out and respond for him.

John Edwards will claim there are two Americas -- one that is smart enough and elite enough to go to college, and the other a bunch of ignorant hicks without coats who have to go to a warm climate like Iraq so they don't freeze to death this winter.

I don't understand why John Kerry is upset that we "cut and ran" in Afghanistan. Didn't we have to leave that country before the onset of "The Brutal Afghan Winter"???? /sarcasm off

Karl is either on his phone or his blackberry right now working at an appropriate response for the POTUS. No doubt, this will be sweet to watch. This FU by JFK could just seal this election for the good guys.
