"Every democrat smear plane is on the ground, the republican smears are all in a holding pattern stacked up for decades."

You are soooo right. I can tell you the Reid story, for example, is a lot bigger than most of what is going on, but it is nowhere.

Underage, incestuous, homosexual novel?!

The media will likely bolster this as a good thing.

"lurid or sexual in nature are one thing, incest and homosexual man and his little son sex is quite another!!!!! "

I'm writing a novel that has a couple of sex scenes in it, it's integral to the plot and no way around it. From my perspective, a writer has a choice about how and what he presents, especially anything sexual. The plot may well require something a bit off the wall, but if you are forced to go tho the extreme then the writer needs to be damn sure there IS context and explanation of what they wrote. There seems little indication that Webb used the quoted passage as anything more than gratuitous titillation. When you are that sloppy, then I can't feel sorry for the whirlwind Webb will reap.

Nothing wrong with pointing out the truth! Webb is a phony, pretending to be a Republican etc.If he was really a good man,he would not be running as a democrat. The only good democrat is a former democrat.I actually cleaned that last line up a bit,I normally say the only good democrat is a _ _ _ _ one....use your imagination :)

Jim Webb

Jim Webb as seen through the prism of his novels:

During the 90s, the gay mafia was publishing tons of "anthropologic" articles/studies on man/boy sex around the world and in other cultures and countries.

And then there was a huge bash in CA put on by Willie Brown in San Francisco at which very prominent Democrats were in attendance. Apparently, not only were Asian children involved, but something about a Jack Daniels bottle and using the broken bottle to carve something on another's back. It was reported at the time by shocked attendees. The Conservative Gay Republicans who used to live in SF could tell you stories you wouldn't dare believe about Democrats and their inner circle initiation "rites". I was skeptical at first, and then I went digging.

The "Axis of Evil" is a resoundingly clear and true assessment by the President.

So we can't say that Nancy the Protector is ignorant about the children.

I read your post and find that woman despicable for her double mindedness.

– A Sense of Honor: “You wouldn’t have believed it, Swede. She just dropped her britches and lifted up her skirt and pissed like a man. Didn’t lose a drop, either. Not a drop.” (p. 183)

Is this plagarism from Hillary's Autobiography?

This information has been known for some time. It's hard to get more public than writing a series of novels.

Timing is everything. It's less than two weeks from the election, and Mr. Webb is now in the unenviable position of being challenged to explain how his own writings don't reflect his character or views. And the clock is about to run out.

This election is all about turnout of respective partisan bases. The so-called moderates probably aren't going to show. The left was going to vote for Mr. Webb anyway. This is all about motivating the conservative base to show up.

Viewed from a machiavellian perspective, this was a clever tactical move. It doesn't help improve the quality of the political debate one iota, but it will probably motivate more conservatives to show up.

I still don't think that the GOP has the fire in the belly when it comes to fighting for conservative values. But this election has shown a side of the GOP is remarkable for it's novelty; a willingness to fight.

Had the TV on for a few minutes last evening and there was some discussion of this on FNC. Not the horrible details and I'm glad. It's so unsettling. Don't watch much TV, but do a quick channel surf during the day. If any freeper hears more from anyone other than FNC I hope they post it up.

I'm sorry Webb's chosen to go over to the dark side, but that doesn't negate his talents as a writer, which are considerable.

Aside from the kiddie porn, he's a great writer. Wuh-hut?

Your post raised something which went down in San Francisco years back. The issue of "gay adoption". There were businesses South of Market offering special deals on package trips to Thailand. Most the buyers were gay. And bringing back boys as young as 7. Same people were demanding the right to adopt these "little boys".

This is the ugly side of the "gay adoption" debate.

Years ago in our country, we would have called this "slavery": Purchasing little boys and owning them under the liberal mantras of "everyone does it" and "multi-culturalism" and gayness is just like the black "civil rights issues".

This is the part no one is supposed to notice.
