I have come to the conclusion it is the official policy of our government to allow this invasion of illegal immigrants. Over the last 40 years American industry, politicians, and the Mexican government have promoted, encouraged, facilitated, and rewarded this importation of the poorest to the USA. Even now, with the issue on the front burner and the majority of US legal citizens against this stampede, absolutely nothing is being done.

Can someone explain to me why an advanced culture would import the dregs of the Mexican culture which depends upon fraud, graft, kickbacks and corruption in its society to deliver goods and services to its citizens?

Actually the Europeans are stagnating with high welfare costs, high unemployment and a birth dearth of their own. That's why the import muslims to pay for the generous welfare benefits they give out.

Actually, much of their unemployment stems from including in their statistics the illegal immigrants who show up there to collect welfare payments and free medical benefits. And have multiple children who then perpetuate the welfare benefit cycle. If European economic management is so bad, why are Ford, GM and Chrysler all losing money, whereas their German counterparts - not to mention France's Renault (!) - are staying afloat? Why is Airbus roughly even with Boeing despite have zero market share not too long ago? Look - jingoism is fine - just don't assert things that aren't supported by the facts.

I don't really care about importing the dregs of Mexican culture. That's what we've done throughout much of our history - import poor, hungry and hard-working people from around the world who spoke little English and cared about little more than feeding their families.

The problem with large scale illegal immigration today is that we have a huge welfare state in place. In the old days, those who could support themselves stayed, whereas those who couldn't returned to the old country. These days, those who can't support themselves leech off the welfare state. We have enough native welfare dependents. We don't need to import new dependents from abroad.

Europe's Muslims don't do very much work. Unemployment rates for Muslims in Europe are way higher than those for non-Muslims. What Muslims really do in Europe is leech off the welfare state.

Why doesn't the federal govt, or a state govt, take a hospital, cede it to Mexico as an embassy, and move ALL illegals about to give birth to it. That way, the kids born there, would be on Mexican soil, and therefore NOT entitled to be citizens. Or better yet, fix the problem of anchor babies, as the current interpretation is not historically the meaning of the Constitution.

And the only way Airbus stays afloat is due to massive govt. subsidies, also Airbus had to roll the introduction of it's newest palnes, while Boeing is humming along with a good number of orders.
