You don't post here for months at a time, but you feel compelled to say that? Nice. But it's okay, because if I were worried about approval I'd just play nicey-nice like everyone else and pretend conservatives generally aren't lazy blowhards.
Prove me wrong.
Just ONCE! I'd love for you, too.

Awesome pictures. I remember being his age. We didn't have Young Marines then (at least not where I grew up), but I was a Young Explorer, a youth police group. It's good to see that they are still actively encouraged to serve their country.
On another note, you notice that our future military is not brandishing M16s, M4s, pistols, AK-47s, or suicide belts! Nope, these youth groups teach respect, maturity, and honor. These organizations are not violent in nature and bent towards the destruction of other nations, unlike those other Muslim youth groups. I am personally offended when people try to compare the two.

We carefully looked around but couldn't find even one local Dem elected official or candidate at this Support Our Troops Rally......
So much for their claim to be 'against the war but supporting the troops'......they 'talk the talk' but don't 'walk the walk'.

Hi Apple! Congratulations on becoming a "3-fer" last week-end. Countering the commies 3 times in less than 24 hours is exhausting!
Thank you for being there to support our Troops and our Country!!!

The Commonwealth needs Jeff Beatty on the Hill.
Indeed and all Americans would benefit from his expertise on counter-terrorism.

Hey, Leni......speaking of 'veteran Freepers' you qualify very well!
Remember the launch of the Free Republic Amazon Brigade in Tampa in 1999?
We had a great first Freep of Clinton apologist Sen. Bob Graham.
We got good coverage from the Tampa Tribune on our petition asking Graham to call for Clinton to resign.
I also recall the honks from the bus drivers who rode around the block twice to support us and that's where we all met.....those were the days....we have all come a loooong way. baby!

Ah, yes, I remember it well.
We had the Florida Amazon Brigade (a half-dozen gorgeous freeperette shock-troopers), the Florida Navy, and the Florida Air Force.
Our Air Force One (and only, heheh) pulling a banner with a pithy Clinton comment on it stealthily dive-bombed out of the blue and darn near broke up a 'Rat/Feminazi rally on a Daytona Beach oceanfront park (while all of us in the Freeper group pointed to the sky and happily screamed "Da plane, Da plane!").
Some of the 'Rat ladies in the crowd started to cry and others shook their fists and bared their fangs at us. What a great Freeper moment, LOL.
For another walk down memory lane (FR "March for Justice" 1998) see my post #31 on the current thread "Karr: I have rights, I have the media."
If Her Heinous campaigns for president in Florida, watch for us to re-mobilize!
Leni
