When I check into this site, often there were interesting discussions from the day before I want to look at. But they are already buried 4 pages deep because it seems some people just post anything they find. Who cares about a radio station promotional announcements, Bruno Kirby dying, or any of this other tripe that some people are posting up. I'm new here, but it seems that some guys are pretty much spamming the blog with articles that rate a "1" on the who gives a crap meter. If it isn't something that we will still remember in 10 years, please think twice about starting the thread. Am I off base?
And now grouches like you have to wade through your vanity post, too. Congratulations!
Seriously, if you just want to read breaking news, stay on that forum. And if you switch to the "Threads" view (click on the upper right) instead of the "Messages" view, just the article heading will show up, which further narrows things down.
And you also don't have to click on threads you aren't interested in. Kewl concept.
So... you signed up five days ago just so you could tell us in a junk posting that there are too many junk postings? That sounds like the graffiti on the wall banning graffiti on that wall...
Useless clutter? You mean, like this thread, for instance?
Amen!
Blog?
You're way off base. |
I haven't post a Crazy Naked People article in months.
Vanities that rate a "1" on the who gives a crap meter area also popping up more often. Started around 8-11-06.
I'd agree, but that's just me...............
Don't give it any ideas.
Nothing quite like the smell of ozone in the morning. Make me want to go find a liberal to pick on.
What are you talking about? ~Everyone~ knows Hezbollah has been defeated so there's really nothing left to talk about.
First, it's not a blog. Second, if you don't like something that's been posted, no one's making you hit the link. Third, if you don't like the way the site's being run, there's a whole great big internet out there just waiting for you to find a site you do like. Fourth, you don't just start demanding the whole place be changed after being here for only a week.
I suggest you *Ping* the Mods 40-50 times a day with the ABUSE button and they should get right on it by removing the offending articles.

Yes. But we've seen many here, over the years, who attempt to decide for the rest of us what is "news" and what is not.
bwahaahaa!
Why so many trolls?
