This plot involved planes going from Britain to the U.S.....from the "little satan" to the "big satan".
I believe this is the Aug 22 surprise/announcement/firworks that Ahmadinejad has been referring to.

Ahmedjitiot and his minions have made tons of outrageous claims and threats. I'm more concerned about actual threats, like their involvement with Hezbollah and nuclear ambitions. I am less worried about dates and crazy predictions from a bunch of Nostra-dumbasses.

Some think it will be nothing, others think it will involve Israel.
The fact that the Brits said that they caught this plot very close to being carried out and Aug 22 is only 2 wks away, is very coincidental.
If it were cola or cherry, I wouldn't be concerned. I hate grape.
My guess on the August 22nd thing is that Ahmedinijad (sp?) and the Iranians will try to test some sort of nuclear device on that date so that they can officially declare themselves a nuclear power.

This makes me wonder about the 11 missing Egyptians here. Maybe this UK plot investigation is the reason we were not releasing information on the 11 men we were looking for here, not wanting to tip our hand and send the UK terrorist underground before Scottland Yard made their arrest.
While we're still in a preliminary stage of fact gathering, I wouldn't be surprised to learn of an ahmaggedon hand in this. He's just crazy (crazy like a fox) enough to try and pull this off.
I wouldn't be surprise is the terrorists were shooting for 8/11, or tomorrow, since everything I have heard this morning indicates that the Brits arrested them just in time last night.

I don't think this is Iranian in origin - almost certainly al Qaida. In fact, I suspect the Iranians are furious that this plot came about now. It will greatly highten vigilance in the runup to Amadinajad's 12th Imam party on the 22nd.
