Yes, and that Iran is currently "detaining" a number of prominent Al Qaeda members, including Osama's son, Saad. Still, airplanes and suiciders as terrorism tools are classic Al Qaeda.

The Iranians and their Hezbollah minions have never been quite as "sophisticated" in their methods. Moreover, there are enough philisophical and ideological differences between the Shi'ite Iranians and the largely Sunni Al Qaeda that probably minimizes much of the cooperation, to the extent that if they weren't both hell bent on killing us, they'd be killing each other.
