105 F at 1 in the morning and it gets hot tomorrow

Excuse the (properly posted) vanity but dang it is hot! And tomorrow it get really hot with temps at 118 F and humidity at about 48 percent.

Today they say it was 120 outside.

It has its advantages....

1. If you don't finish all your coffee on your morning drive, it is still hot when you come out for lunch.

2. If you like to drive with no hands that is not a problem - the steering wheel is too hot to touch anyhow.

3. No need to take you food into work to cook it. Just leave it on the dash. It will be ready by noon (trying a pot roast tomorrow).

4. When you wash your car, not need to take it for a drive to dry it off. The trick, though, is getting the water to actually hit the car while the water is still wet.

5. If you had any extra money around you don't know what to do with, don't worry. The electic bill will arrive soon.

6. It is actually cheaper and cooler to drive around in the car with the ac on so go ahead, drive!

Alright, enough of the silliness. It is the middle of the night and I forgot to get the mail. Think I'll try the run to the mailbox barefoot...

I'm in central CA, about 20 miles from the coast, and it is 77 degrees. That is pretty warm for this time of night here...

The forecast for later today is for a high of up to 114 degrees... Now that's down right toasty...

Heat is uncomfortable. Cold hurts. But I'd take cold in Australia any day. You truly live in the best place on Earth.

Try to stay cool.

Make it a VB! Or maybe on a cold night some Bundy would be better.

Oh, now I see how to properly post a vanity. That heat thing happens every year where I live. Around here we call it 'summer'.

"It was so hot yesterday..."

"How hot was it?!?"

"It was so hot I saw Tom Cruise go into the closet just to get some shade."

I'm assuming you mean O Celsius, not 0 Fahrenheit. Remember, Yanks aren't metric.

Go to http://www.wunderground.com/ , type your city or zip code in the box at the top, when your weather comes up, scroll down about 1/3rd the way, to the end of the middle column and click on "get your weather sticker".

In Ontario, Calif. here. I have heard the forecast anywhere from 102 - 107 for today {Saturday}. I ran my central air every day for the last month except for maybe 2 days. My electric bill was $143.02 actual, but level pay is $69.00.
