A few weeks ago, my sister-in-law Renee was diagnosed with a rare form of malignant breast cancer. Because of the nature and stage at which the cancer was detected, standard treatments were deemed insufficient. Thus, Renee is now in clinical trials using a regimen of chemotherapy drugs and radiation that should give her a better fighting chance.
I am among many who are sufficient evidence of the power of prayer in the recovery from cancer. Many here will remember back to 2004 when I was diagnosed with malignant pancreatic cancer and later suffered a prolonged hospital stay with multiple complications following surgery. The type of cancer I had has a mortality rate of 96% within the first 18 months following diagnosis. Renee is in similarly dire condition with her cancer.
Those were dark days for me and mine, but they were brightened with the kind thoughts and prayers of many a Freeper here. It is my hope that many will step up and offer the same generosity of faith, hope and prayer to Renee and her family in their time of need.
My many heartfelt thanks for your thoughts and prayers.
Prayers sent.
Sorry to hear about this. All the best... D1
Prayers for your sister-in-law for a complete recovery, and for you and your family, that God may give you all the strength to endure.
We will join in prayer for her with all of our love and all of our faith.
May Our Lord be with Renee and heal her. My prayers are for Him to comfort her and give her peace.
Every night, Renee will be in my prayers.
God has all powers to answer prayers, but He is bound by His own law and by our will. We must invite his will to become our own. We must trust Him.
Once we have asked with sincere desire, doubting nothing, we will receive..
Be calm before the Lord and wait patiently for Him to act..Psalm 37:7
Stand on God's word and trust him for her healing...:)

Prayers for Renee and her loved ones.
May HE who can do all things, find it pleasing to provide the way for your sister in law to beat this through execellant health care, and have her restored to good health.
Heartfelt prayers for your sister in law, and of course heartfelt prayers for you as well.
Prayers for your mom, and all who love her.
Prayers for your sister-in-law, the family & friends.
My SIL was diagnosed with stage 4 Melanoma and after a year of treatment she has been clean for a year.
Oh, I'm so sorry. :( My prayers to Renee, you and your family. I lost my only sister from malignant brain cancer and she was only 39 years old.
I lost my dad of lung cancer in March after a 2-year fight. God bless her and you! It's the people left behind who have to try and understand why.
Best wishes to Renee.
You have recovered from pancreatic cancer, or is it still a threat? That is considered one of the most insidious so for you to triumph over it is quite remakable.
PRAYERS FROM THE NORTHERN FLOCK!
Renee will be in my prayers for a full recovery.
My prayers will include your Mother.
No disease can stand against Your power to heal. We confess Your healing for Renee has already been provided through the finished work of Christ on the Cross. In the Name of Jesus we proclaim this healing on her behalf and pray that Your peace and gentle reassurance will be her comfort in the months to come. We trust in the truth of Your Word and Your unwavering faithfulness to Your children. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
