re :Again, presumptuous, aren't they?

So would you be, if your economy was dependent on all that US greenbacks flowing into your nations coffers, and at the same time you can export your poor and dispossessed North.

From the Mexican Governments point of view its either win win or lose lose.

If the border was tightened up to stop the flow and the illegals kicked out, it would

1) Halt or limit the flow of US dollars to Mexico.

2) A lot of Mexicans with there bright northern future cut of and no future under the present regime may/will turn to violence riots anarchy.

Maybe it is for this reason and not because certain Republicans want a source of cheap labour that Bush is not acting as hard as he should be.

Maybe those in command are afraid of what a destablised Mexico may mean to the United States.

When will George tell the Mexicans to STFU?

Don't guess it'll ever happen. Some sort of perverted love affair with them. It must be W's version of WMG (white man's guilt).

Mexico has pushed for sweeping immigration reforms to help millions of Mexicans work legally in the United States but it fears Washington is more interested in keeping them out.

Gee .. what gave them the hint?

Is Mexico even thinking about providing jobs for her citizens? Uh, no.

The US reply should be firm: we asked Mexico to control the problem from its side of the border and they defied us. So now we'll do it. They have only themselves to blame....of course the US will not speak truth to Mexico as we have no voice anymore.

Lets just annex Mexico as the 51st state. Could go along way to solving our energy dependance problem.

How can this be? President Bush recently said that Mexico is our friend and neighbor. And good fences make good neighbors.

You are not the boss of me OR
You do not make our policies OR

BUT
to allow them to DICTATE to us makes us look like a bunch of weak knee WIMPS!

...is more interested in keeping them out.

Now where would he get that idea? He must not be listening to our Senate and our President who obviously want about 200 million of them instead of the 12 to 20 million we now have.

We keep their trash. They keep the cash. It's no wonder Mexico's government doesn't want anytbing to interfere with the current situation.

"There are 12 million Mexicans on the other side, 12 million people who live every day in anguish about the need for a reform to let them live peacefully," he said.

All of this is a lie and they know it. More than 25 million illegals are here, most of them Mexican. They do NOT want to leave in peace, but to dominate and control. Mexico is NOT controlling anything going out on their side of the border, but is aiding and abetting illegal immigration for the purpose of "To Populate is to Govern". Where is our leadership? Who has backbone?
