Former Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry said on Thursday he was seriously thinking about another White House bid in 2008 and will decide before the year is out.
"I will make that decision toward the end of the year, but I'm thinking about it hard," Kerry said in response to a question at the Latin Economic Forum at the United Nations.
"If you can get help me find 60,000 votes in Ohio ...," he joked, referring to the close race in that state on which his 2004 loss to President Bush hinged.
Kerry, a U.S. senator from Massachusetts, has criticized Bush on a range of issues, particularly the war in Iraq.
On Thursday, he focused on Latin America, saying Bush lost interest in the region after the September 11 attacks.
"Relations between the United States and Latin America today are at their lowest point since the end of the Cold War," Kerry said.
Other Democrats seen as potentially seeking the nomination include U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton, former Virginia Gov. Mark Warner and Kerry's former running mate, John Edwards.

That's because Republicans cannot stay united. We need to understand that if we are not careful, we'll help elect Kerry or Hillary in '08 It's going to be damn hard to "stay united" if McCain gets the nomination. I saw him on the Leno show the other night, he handles TV deftly. Sure, it is not enough for thinking conservatives, but it will fool the sheeple.

One can look at his raisin sucking wife and know he adores punishment.Frankly, I'm surprised there's been no divorce after what the election loss. She certainly doesn't need him for the money. Must be the Senate seat that keeps him sleeping on her couch.

"If you can get help me find 60,000 votes in Ohio ...," he joked, referring to the close race in that state on which his 2004 loss to President Bush hinged."This is exactly the reason you'll never win, Lurch.
First of all, the final margin of Bush's Ohio victory was 126,885, by no stretch of the imagination "60,000".
126,886 additional voters would place it just under the population of Dayton (166,179) as Ohio's 7th-largest city! This was a huge Bush win in Ohio by any measure.
Furthermore, Lurch lost Ohio by a much greater amount than the number of votes needed by Bush to take WI, PA, MI, and NH in a Reagan-like sweep -- in fact, that number is less than 100,000!
So, to sum up, Lurchy, keep your Heinz kneepads handy...

I could wile away the hours, Conferrin' with the flowers
Consultin' with the rain, And my head (ass)I'd be scratchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin', if I only had a brain
I'd unravel any riddle, For any individ'le
in trouble or in pain...
Oh, I would tell you why, The ocean's near the shore
I could think of things I never thunk before
And then I'd sit and think some more
I would not be just a nuffin', My head all full of stuffin'
My heart all full of pain, I would dance and be merry
Life would be a ding-a-derry, If I only had a brain.

"If you can get help me find 60,000 votes in Ohio ...," he joked, referring to the close race in that state on which his 2004 loss to President Bush hinged."In other news today, police are baffled at the amount of people caught in Ohio cemetaries, writing down the names on the grave markers. 'John Kerry needs our help,' said Moonbeam Starshine. 'He needs 60,000 votes? We'll get'em!' Starshine, a member of Moveon.org, lamented on just how difficult getting out the vote has become. 'People just dont buy into crackpot liberalism anymore,' she sighed as she copied the name of a man who died in 1899 into her DNC logo adorned ledger. 'We have had to get creative....' "

What does it say about a country that could allow such a cardboard cut-out of a man to come so close to the presidency?
Forget reading the tea leaves, the bast*ards are no longer at the gate: they live and vote among us. With the right hair, this country would vote a retard POTUS.
