Just breaking - explosion in a coffee shop in downtown Toronto, Canada.
Reporter just talked about some sort of explosives strapped to a guy and explosion occured in a busy district of the city.

According to Global TV this was an accident.
No indication it was terrorism.
So all of us in Toronto can breath easier now.
"911. Do you have an emergency?"
Caller:
"Yeah. There is a guy here with a bomb strapped to his chest"
911:
"Do you think he's suicidal or homicidal?"
Caller:
"Huh? He's a muslim guy.....

(interrupting) "Please refrain from assumptions. We do not discriminate per race or nationality here."
Caller:
"Uh Ok. Can you send help?"
911:
"Well first I need to know if he is suicidal or homicidal. It makes a different in the plan of response"
Caller:
"Uh ok. I'll ask." BOOM
911:
"OOPs.I hate when this happens. Suicidal probably. Caller, oh caller can you hear me?" Silence. "Caller? Okkkkkk. Dispatcher, I think we have a homicidal bombing situation at.....
The Muslims are just hoping that the dude is an Irish Catholic so they can say once again that they are the Religion of Peace....which is why they "teach" killing all the Christians and Jews and anyone who isn't a Muslim and taking over and making the entire world "Muslim".
I hope you are right, I don't want to see another Western country attacked.
But vigilance is important.

Well, the opinion makers of modern times seem to have much more power to make their case.

I am greatly reassured.
Some people(like the Katie Colonic method?) believe that the people who mostly use the "suicide" bomb are a minority oppressed by an evil group of "occupiers". They are driven to "suicide" by the "occupiers" and are therefore, brave warriors fighting for there homeland. To call them homicide bombers, places them as the sick, murdering scum that they really are. I do not suggest that anyone here feels the "suicide" way, but am posting to both people as a matter of form.

The KKK is certainly condemned today.
I amazed that T.V. series "The Sopranos" was made and is accepted. The mafia characters practice murder and terror. But they're just family, and apparently O.K.
It's hard to imagine a series about the KKK. But maybe the time has come. How about "The Tenors" as a title?

But the distinctive thing about these guys is not that they kill other people, but that unlike other bombers they kill themselves.
We should call them "suicide bombers."
