The bad news is, she eventually woke up.

The bad news is, she eventually woke up. I don't believe there is any evidence that she's ever woken up.

Her Democrat/ACLU staff has already told her how she's going to vote.

During a report by Megyn Kendall of Fox News, an artist's sketch of the hearing was aired with Ginsburg's head using the bench as a pillow. If that is true, somebody is gonna get fired.

Maybe this will be the nudge Ruthie needs to decide it's time to hand in her gavel.

Anyone remember when Arlen Spectre was praising her, suggesting that she become the chief justice of the supreme court -"It would be like a coronation!" he declared. Disgusting excuse for a republican...
To: Tim Long
Justices David Souter and Samuel Alito, who flank the 72-year-old, looked at her but did not give her a nudge," writes Holland That's right, it was entirely the fault of the nasty conservatives that she kept sleeping. And the subject matter was so dry and boring, why, anyone would have gone to sleep!
Let Scalia or Thomas fall asleep on the job and see if the reporting resembles this.

Remember, it was Spector that guided both Roberts and Alito through the hearings, was incredibly fair and hardnosed when necessary against the likes of Kennedy and others, and voted for both Alito and Roberts in committee. So don't be quite so quick to totally condemn. He's a loose cannon, indeed, but in the case of Alito and Roberts, he done good.
