Who invited her?
And what do they mean "free speech"? Was she going to make a statement?

She certainly has the earmarks of other presidential assasins/would be assasines. She really is a very disturbed woman. Think her "file" is as fat as Senator Kerry's by now?

Do you agree with the decision by Capitol Police to remove activist Cindy Sheehan from the gallery at the president's State of the Union speech because she was wearing a T-shirt with an antiwar slogan? Yes, such behavior is not allowed in that setting and is inappropriate.
No, she was a legitimately invited guest and deserves to have her right to free speech honored.
This is like most other polls; using leading questions following biased and possibly wrong information. I've seen plenty of t-shirts with slogans around the Capital. There was something else going on.
I refuse to honor their poll with a vote.

I posted this on another thread earlier when it first happened
Sorry but that is just wrong.Wearing a t shirt is protected by the first amendment and its just as wrong to arrest her for that as it was for Clinton to have FReeper arrested for holding signs up as clintons motorcade passed by and for having those two protesters arrested for saying you suck.
I voted no on the poll btw

Wearing a t shirt is protected by the first amendment ...
Didn't you get the memo? It's only free speech when it doesn't contradict government policy. Just ask any "conservative" here.
Of course, that changes when the Democrats are in charge.

She started to get VOCAL. It wasn't her T-Shirt.
"Thus far, only the Washington Post has revealed, She was also vocal, said U.S. Capitol Police Chief Terrance W. Gainer, and after she ignored instructions to close her jacket and quiet down, she was led out and arrested. Demonstrating in the House gallery is prohibited. (Emphasis added.)"

The truth is not just the T-Shirt. She opened her mouth prematurely, as she was clearly there to heckle the POTUS, and wrecked Code Pinks's plans.

Exactly, she was already starting to get in people's faces and yell. CSPAN cut to her right before they took her out and she wasn't a little peaceful Mrs. Butterworth. She was the typical loud and annoying hippie.
