No, she was a legitimately invited guest and deserves to have her right to free speech honored.

Done.
About half and half now, which is good for MSN...
The State of the Union is the President's speech, not the media whore's.

Sigh. Not for CNN viewers.
There is a code of conduct for sitting in the gallery. And it's not just on SOTU night.
There is no button to push indicating "just shoot the b@tch on sight."
She should NOT have been arrested!
She should have been SHOT!
Done, but I can't believe they are even talking about it. It was the State Of The Union Address, it is NOT a forum for protest.
What's this about a tee-shirt being the reason she was removed from the House chambers. Initial reports last night said she had attempted to unfurl some kind of anti-war banner. Since unfurling a banner over the balcony of the House chambers is CLEARLY inappropriate behavior no matter who you are, I guess that act wouldn't allow the MSM to make a "1st Amendment issue" out of it.
Thus, overnight, history is revised so that the tee-shirt is the reason she was removed.
I used to think that "initial" news reports were usually less accurate than the "full" reports which come later, after the dust had settled on an issue or event. I no longer believe that. I now think the intial reports are often the closest to the truth, because they occur before the MSM filtering machine has had a chance to spin the story to match their strongly held beliefs or positions.
It's running pretty close - 51% Yes, 49 % No.
Remember when the two security guards on the Capitol steps got killed by someone half as crazed as Sheehan. There is no protesting in the building. No matter how big a sh*ithead youi are.
The bright side is, she can't even muster a majority on her own website.

The poll might be mnisleading to begin with. According to CNN she had a banner folded up on her lap that she was going to unfurl. They said nothing about a T-shirt.

frankly I think she should still be in jail from the LAST time she was arrested, and that lunatic shouldn't be allowed within 1000 yards of the President.
She may have free speech but the State of the Union address is a constitutionally mandated event and she has no right to interrupt the event or to disturb the peace.
