ALITO CONFIRMATION HEARINGS
Questioning Begins Today
Each of the eighteen senators on the Judiciary Cmte. will have 30 minutes to question Supreme Court nominee Samual Alito today during round one. Sen. Arlen Specter, as chairman, will begin, then they will alternate by party in order of individual seniority. Round two starts on Wednesday.
I think that questions about the murder boards are unfair.
LOL! WOW! Alren speaks!
"Let him finish the question Senator IDIOT!" (yes- I paraphrase..."
STUPID QUESTION! FEINGOLD!
LOL! Tol had a bat earlier, ask if she would lend it to Sessions. :-)
Feiny is trying to get him on whether he practiced Fisa suff in his practice sessions

I suspect they are trying to play gotcha with Alito on this issue because on one hand he is a constructionist and the law supposedly says "all" .. on the other hand a judge must decide on the merrits of the case..
its Gotcha all over.
That guy was dead serious. He came to a Pirates game and got to sit in the dugout with the players. There was supposed to be some kind of seventh inning stretch show, but he just walked out on the field trying to look athletic and didn't say anything.
Feind-gold is a a$$..
He's asking questions from a list and he's an annoying a-hole.
That's what you get when you have staff who can't tell you what they really think
See the media is MAD!...angry...steaming.
Feingold keeps saying, "I'm not suggesting that....", and then does in fact, keep suggesting it.
LOL. Like Ali fighting his "bum-of-the-month" club late in his career. If this hearing was a fight somebody would have the decency to stop it.
JOO VILL ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, UNT LIK IT! UDDERWISE, JUE VILL PAY DE PRICE!!!
*baleful glare*
I think this idiot is just trying to antagonize him.
It's a pretty good strategy, since everything else they've thrown at him hasn't stuck.
Is Feingold trying to imply that Alito is following talking points given by the Bush administration?
What a toad.
That is sooooooo insulting to this man's integrity and I hope Graham will counter this crapola.
LOL! And I didn't catch on! Bwahahahahahaha!
Jeff probably has a gavel in his brief case.
These questions by Feingold are not appropriate.
;-)
Brit makes me nervous with his comments. He's well connected and continues to state hypothetically *a witness* that'd torpedo Alito. Wonder if there's anything to what he keeps saying? Is he just trying to keep the viewers watching these hearings on FoxNews?
It seems that way. What a complete jerk.
Thanks for the update, mware!
