Fiengold and the dems are looking for a "gotcha" moment. Judge Alito should take his time in answering these questions.
I think this is a good place for these questions to come up. The DEMs are tipping their hand as to how they will atack the FISA/NSA issue, which isn't going to just disappear in any event. Alito is well prepared to answer appropriately. Liten to his answers, there are lots of lessons in these hearings - balancing, etc.
