She wrote over 400 checks that would have bounced except for the slush fund the Democraps secretly used to cover their excesses. If you had done that you'd be put in jail. But that was covered up by the left wing media too

What plan? The only plan I can think of is the one to WIN the WOT, and it's the one President Bush has always had.

Precisely - the Congresscritters want to diminish the Executive branch and gain some more power for themselves as pointed out so clearly by little Tommy Daschle last week in his tie rate. The CIC has the powers as everyone of knowledge has point out in various press releases. If there is a doubt the Supremes will sort that out - NOT the CONGRESSCRITTERS.
