Does he think the RINO Goober Graham is actually "balance" to two Dems?Lindsay Graham...... every pathetic position this little weasel takes these days is to position himself to be on a Presidential ticket with John McLame!
........ and I remember when I used to think he was a good guy......... NOT anymore!
He's just another worthless opportunist.

I should have done the same
Harold Fineman was tripping over himself about how the country doesn't "trust" the President anymore
Also ... seems in the Alito hearings .. they are trying to make the wiretapping/privacy rights more of an issue then abortion

I'm no gentleman..LOL!
everytime that man said a word I would find a way to steer back to it.
privacy? since when are you concerned about privacy? Breaking the law and fraud are condone practices in your office in order to exploit privacy....
ethics? well, maybe you should try out your plan in your own office before you bringit to Congress, and then get back to us....so far- ethics isn't really your strong point sweetie, but once you get a handle on it, give me a call, I'll even buy you a latte so we can discuss it....

Goodness, Brit is having a heck of a go at Jane Harmon. If I didn't know she was dumb before, this interview would leave no doubt.

Bush & Cheney are enjoying their life just like any American, even as the media keep saying they are in trouble and in disarray. CNBC reported that Bush got 15minutes of standing ovation in Chicago.
Cheney for his part seems to be enjoying with his Ipod, upsetting journos and joking about Rummy chewing his knees. When they are happy & confident, it 's satisfying and calming.

Harmon just said that the FISA law was meant to be the exclusive source for the right to do electronic surveillance. That cannot be the case if there are powers given to the President by the Constitution. What are all those Executive Orders for. I believe the Supreme Court has decided that Congress is not empowered to lessen the President's inherent powers.
