Barbara Boxer used this to get herself elected to the U.S. Senate as one of the Senators from California. Note also about Boxer: she was the highest overdrawn spender in the House Banking scandal during George Bush, Sr.'s presidency. She wrote over 400 checks that would have bounced except for the slush fund the Democraps secretly used to cover their excesses. If you had done that you'd be put in jail. But that was covered up by the left wing media too
