Homosexual Propaganda Film (Brokeback Mountain)
ACCURACY in MEDIA ^ | January 2, 2006 | Cliff Kincaid

Posted on 01/04/2006 3:24:48 PM PST by bulldozer

The media are showing their pro-homosexual bias with their excessive coverage of the "Cowboy Sweethearts" movie, Brokeback Mountain. On the website of the Washington Post, I counted nine stories in 6 days about the film:

*

Brokeback Mountain Tests Oscar Waters, Dec. 13 *

N.Y. Critics Honor Brokeback Mountain, Dec. 13 *

Brokeback Mountain Leads Globe Nods, Dec. 14 *

L.A. Critics Honor Brokeback Mountain, Dec. 10 *

Gay-rights Activists Elated by Brokeback, Dec. 15, *

Lost in Love's Rocky Terrain, Dec. 16 *

Wrangling With Love on the Range, Dec. 16 *

In Focus: Brokeback Mountain's Heath, Dec. 16 *

Mountain Man Ledger's Steady Climb to the Top, Dec. 16

Can anyone seriously doubt there is a pro-homosexual bias at the Post?

The "Lost in Love's Rocky Terrain" story called the movie "welcome and deeply humanist." New York Times columnist Frank Rich was so enamored of the film that he dropped his Bush-bashing long enough to do a glowing review.

The saturation coverage is designed to get enough people to go see the movie so that it can be called a success and even more explicit pro-homosexual movies can be released to the general public. It will be another breakthrough for the homosexual lobby, which still manages to transform their deadly and dangerous lifestyle into something considered mainstream and even attractive. Whatever damage is done will be rectified by more federal spending on AIDS. But no major media commentator will make the connection between presenting the dangerous lifestyle in a positive manner and the AIDS cases that will inevitably result. That connection is considered politically incorrect.

This film will be successful financially because the gay community and the liberal Democrats will return over and over again to drive the revenue numbers up in the same fashion as they did to Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 911". Moore's film was a smashing financial success drawing $119M dollars.

At the end of the day "Brokeback Mountain" will fail miserably to dignify the gay lifestyle, just as "Fahrenheit 911" failed to defeat GW Bush. In fact, a spartan political advertisement costing $100K put forth by the "Swift Boat Vets" helped mightly to defeat John Kerry in his run for the POTUS in 2004. It also helped the Republicans gain seats in both the senate and the house. That little ad smote the mighty "Fahrenheit 911" in one fell swoop. Why because the truth always opts at the end of day!!!

The "Gay" film "Brokeback Mountain" will have just the opposite effect that the gay community seeks. The general public will spurn it, and gay issues will be defeated as never before. Families with children will be turned off by this lifestyle, and whoever heard of a gay old man that is a family patriarch. As a matter of fact, what happens to the gay man when he grows old can't do his thing anymore. No children, no wife, no family to fall back on. I have nothing against another person's lifestyle, but don't try to force failed relationships on a general society that abhors them.

Liberals who aren't homosexual feel guilty about that fact so they try to make it up in ways like this.

Homosexual Agenda Ping.

Just a little insight (as if you need any more) about the homosexual shepards movie. I like the comment by an actual cowboy on another thread, something like: "I'd rather be hung than watch this movie, and I'd even tie the know myself". LOL.

Freepmail me and DirtyHarryY2K if you want on/off this pinglist.

Talk radio/Movie critic, Michael Medved said the Liberals are portraying this as a "Love Story" between two men, when in reality the men (or at least one man) is married and it shows how their actions are devastating to families.

I still don't plan on going to see it even if it does show the reality of what this does to families as I won't add to what the Gays are hopeing for in ratings.

True story. A local radio "personality" had a give-away yesterday. He was giving anyone who called in the choice of a free gift. One choice was two tickets for Bareback Mountain. The other was a roll of Certs. He quit when he ran out of the case of Certs. There were 75 Certs takers and 3 (yes, three) ticket takers during that time. One guy they interviewed on the radio said that he was originally planning to take the two tickets and throw them away so two people could not get in. Then he realized that they were NEVER going to fill the theater, so his gesture would be meaningless. He took the roll of Certs.

Good:
"I'd rather be hung than watch this movie, and I'd even tie the know myself".

Better:
"I'd rather be HANGED than watch this movie, and I'd even tie the KNOT myself".
