Better:
"I'd rather be HANGED than watch this movie, and I'd even tie the KNOT myself".

I was more or less quoting the Wyoming actual cowboy who said it. He probably doesn't have a college degree.
He also said "I'd even tie the KNOT myself" not "I'd even tie the KNOW myself".
When he freeps he probably proofreads better than me. :-)
