"Communism is here and it has a right to say and print its agenda...it does not have any right to undermine, subvert and or steal our freedoms with lies and lawlessness..."
According to case law, yes. But a lot of case law is unconstitutional and should be set aside.

I agree with your statement, that some existing case law is not Constitutional as the founding fathers and the legislated laws of the land intend because of the liberal interpretation of same... We can no longer rely on the Silent Majority to protect our freedoms...we must now speak with our get out the vote activism, and our reasoned voices heard on college campuses, in print, books, radio ads, TV ads, money and support of conservative values...

Was listening to some news reports and it was Rockefeller's name who was mentioned as the only one who was concerned about the surveillance when he was briefed years ago.
This mention tells me we are correct in our suspicion

Good post. A lot of people have been inactive, I fear, because we won the election and thought everything was going along just swimmingly. It's not. We're facing evil and enemies from within who are all to happy to destroy America in their quest for power.
But a lot of people are in denial about how bad it is, and how it needs to be fixed.

Oh, how could I have forgotten about Rockefeller. Well, now I don't know who did it. There are too many names, sadly, to choose from.

This is getting serious. We have a cabal between the liberal press in this country, Democrats and RINOS to do everything to undermine what President Bush is trying to do to protect this country.
This is becoming a matter of life and death.
To: 4integrity
And, I am beginning to be frightened because we know what their real objective is.....to impeach President Bush.Forget the impeachment of President Bush, there's a worse message. These idiot traitors are encouraging terrorist attacks. I'm worried about our physical safety as well. This is getting really, really serious. Our congress and press are on the side of the terrorists. This is unbelievable. Merry Christmas.

Thanks so much...this has been very calming to me to get this off my chest and fortify my resolve to make a difference more directly... I'm a Florida Cracker...are you a Ga Peach?

I was eating a GA peach when I logged onto FR for the first time but we're really in SC.
What FR does best is garner support and encourage activism and something tells me that since the 2004 election, we've been thinking we don't need to make as many phone calls and send as many e-mails as we used to. I'm so angry with the leftists playing games with national security that I almost don't know what to do with that anger.

Go Clemson...my college is FSU...if there is any better example of never giving up it is the Tigers who we beat every year until they had enough, and yep the son Bowden kicked Dad Bowdens Butt this year...
Then ole FSU down but not out beats Va Tech out of the pure humiliation put on them by the ACC...and is headed to the Orange Bowl to play another team...Penn State...another team thought to be out of the top 10 forever...and wham! They are number 3 in the NCAA BCS...all this proves to me, we can never let the Damn Polls get us down either!!! Go Bush! Go Noles! Go Republicans<;o))
