Good morning, Everyone. Good morning to our
Military, our Allies, and their families.
Thank you, Gummy, for preparing the Canteen for todays activities.
Personally, I'd rather shop online than deal with crowds. I am not fond of shopping unless I know exactly what I want and exactly where to get it. Once in awhile Mr. Beachy and I will go to the Mall and brows around. But, I can't last but a few hours.....then I have to leave.
What I want for Christmas is......(1)......Our military to come home safely.........(2)....My sons and their family to be happy....(3).......to be a FReeper forever.........(4)........Mr. Beachy and I to have a piece of property like this
We are having a very windy day here in DC Metro land. And, we're heading for some colder weather for the rest of the week.
For those of you who haven't guessed yet.......I'm behind schedule......again. But, the reason is.....I was finishing up some of the work left over from yesterday. I'm hoping I'll have time to play this afternoon. If not, I will tomorrow!
To all newbies and lurkers
But, you stay right where you are. Don't touch that dial. Don't change that channel. Put down that remote. Don't leave the room. Keep your eyes on your monitor. Cause...............I'll be bock!
Now remember, the Canteen is
So, come on in and sit for a while. There's always plenty of coffee, pancakes, conversation, silliness, and plain old BS
REMEMBER THEM

The John Mayer Trio was on GMA this morning. I thought he was solo but apparently he has started a "group" now. They just released a cd.

Fine...where're ya goin?
Hi hon!
Work to do on websites, and some play, too. Gonna install yet another hard drive in this computer.
I have come to realize that if I let the pinger on then I don't get any work done. :-)
That darn pinger....it's worse than a spouse! LOL!
Well, have fun installing the new warp-speed hard drive. See ya when you turn it back on...the pinger that is!
How're the bosses...or are you already gone?
Valins rules for Christmas shopping
1 You do NOT HAVE to buy someone a present!
a That's why we have Hallmark
b If you see something they would like, and it doesn't cost to much BUY IT...otherwise, Hallmark
c It really is the thought that counts!!!
2 NO socks and underwear persents
a Only commies give socks and underwear presents
b Let's think back to days of yore. It's Christmas morning (Note: only commies open presents on Christmas eve.)
You open the present from Aunt Freda SUPRISE! socks and underwear. Remember how absolutly thrilled you were? Take the hint
3 (MOST IMPORTANT) Buy yourself something. Hey your been oh so good all year, right? Is there anyone how deserves something nice more than you? I didn't think so.
a this assures you at least 1 present that you really really want.
So it is written....So shall it be.
Still here for a few.
The bosses are fine.
Still controlling my days, as usual. :-)
I don't know how I ever managed my life without them to tell me what to do and when to do it. ROFL
Good morning, Mrs. N. (((HUGS)))
You probably DIDN'T manage it very well...which is why you have them now! LOL!
Done any interesting cooking for Thanksgiving? Are you having family in?
