Second that
I agree. I only wish the American people appreciated how much he holds back from the partisan fray.
I want to see more firepower out of the Senate. Ater the Dems' stunt this week, I want two things:
1) Norm Coleman announces he has forwarded a request to the Justice Department to charge MP Galloway with lying to Congress.
2) Frist and Roberts then announce a public hearing in the Intelligence Committee NEXT WEEK. They tell the public there are two key witnesses in the Plame matter who have NOT testified under oath: Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame. They will be subpoenaed and sworn in and given this chance to tell their story. Oh, and they might as well subpoena Kristoff, Corn, Cooper, Russert, Andrea Mitchell, and Miller while they're at it. (Of course, the witnesses don't want to end up like Galloway, which was the point of #1).
ouch
I had not heard that about the daily Kos,but you know these Liberals all know really bad dirt about each other and that is why they stick together on all the Bush bashing. They are hopelessly stuck in bed together like Teddy Kennedy or Bill Clinton when they were stinking Drunk, and paid a hooker for the night with a lot of money and they wake up in the night and see what they bought when under the influence(Yikes and Ay YI YI) and it was too much money to throw the uglee beast out without getting their money's worth. I hope everyone has already eaten Lunch before reading this post, it made me sick thinking about it. LOL!
I think this is exactly it. Early in his Presidency some moron of the WH Press Corps was upbrading him demanding more access since they "Speak for the American people" Bush looked at the guy with utter contempt and said "You speak for the American people? That's a pretty arrogant position for you to take don't you think"
I think Bush's sin, besides being a Republican, is he does not flatter the Dinosaur Media's over inflated egos.
LOL!!!
I wish I had seen that!!!!!
John McCain, R-Ariz, THE MOTHER OF ALL RENEGADES! This egomaniac is getting desperate that he might not have a chance to be a president as he is getting older by the minute. I don't believe for a minute he is pushing this bill out of for concern for our troops or the country. This is all about his ego, about 'playing' president, as he did with the Gang of 14. This is just another means to humiliate the president. This traitor would not miss sticking a knife in the president's back any chance he's got Give me a politician that chases the cameras, and craves the media the way this weasel does, and I will show you someone you should not trust too much. We should start letting our Senator know, we don't support his bill and warn them not be traitors themselves with the president in what concerns the war. Let me remind you, this monsters, actually cut the heads of people with less concern a butcher cuts the head of a cow!... and on top of it, the make videos of it...and all in the name of God...Yeaach... these are not human beings in by book. These are blood thirsty cruel inhuman cowards and must be handled like the monsters they are. But do ever hear the Left MSM point this little detail out?...Of course no, according to Mother Shehan and she represents the Rats, these are some kind of heroes.
I have been having the same problem....I have been trying to get on for 3 hours...and just now got here...
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Don't you especially hate it on a Sunday morning???
Or etiquette
Yeah Bush should really go to war when he has "Allies" like this on his side. From the Peggy Noonan Archive Her "analysis" of the Katerina Media hatchet job on Bush
The media. Excellent as always in time of crisis. We all love to hate them, but when a story like this comes along you're glad Anderson Cooper decided to stand there up to his butt in snakes and alligators to tell you about the city that's become a swamp. You're glad the anchors are so crisp and contained, you're glad Brian Williams is in the Superdome telling you what's going on. They're rich and celebrated, our media stars, but when stories like this come they earn it. Not sufficiently celebrated: television cameramen, who do much of what Anderson Cooper does only while walking backwards and with their eye in a viewfinder. They're good.
It makes a mild mannered poster want to take out ever server on the Planet until they all promise to give better service. They do not want to hear from me tomorrow when I get back from 5 hours of driving in insanity prone Broward and my first visit since the Wilma whipping, I will be very testy, and will not take prisoners.
I haven't read ahead, but if it hasn't been answered yet it was Sharon Sayles-Benton (or something very close to that).
Doesn't look like Susan Hockfield is too fond of J.F.Kerry, either!

"I must tell you there are times when I wish we weren't here researching brain concerns but a time machine to have the election today rather than last year," he said, referring to polls showing waning public support for the president.
Tracey Schmitt, a spokesman for the Republican National Committee, dismissed the criticism, saying Kerry's "newfound interest in science is a derivative of his longing to travel back in time and run a cohesive campaign."
Happy Birthday!
