The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Whatever the reason for the strange disappearance of Osama bin Laden, not seen alive since his last mocking video statement a year ago, he is no longer the face of the global "jihad" against the West.

Dunno why. Remember that the MSM is largely owned by folks who adhere to the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) and their worldview of a UN dominated NWO. I'm sure the rising threat of an Islamist controlled world is terrifying to all of them! The new religion in that scenario will be enviromentalism, I'm sure. At least that's what I see shaping up in the public school curriculums. So in this, at least, the globalist cabal and the freedom loving patriots make strange but certain bedfellows. I wouldn't call it a partnership per say, more like a scene that says the enemy of my enemy is my friend..... sort of thing. At least for now.

AN Al-Qaeda website containing detailed instructions in Arabic on how to make nuclear, “dirty” and biological bombs has attracted more than 57,000 hits and hundreds of readers’ inquiries. Terrorism experts are warning that the site could be boosting the organisation’s appeal to would-be assassins in Britain and abroad. The manual, posted on October 6 on a forum titled Al-Firdaws, or Paradise, contains 80 pages of instructions and pictures of kitchen bomb-making techniques. It is divided into nine lessons under the overall heading The Nuclear Bomb of Jihad and the Way to Enrich Uranium, and is dedicated as a “gift to the commander of the jihad fighters, Sheikh Osama Bin Laden, for the purpose of jihad for the sake of Allah”.

[LOL... Sorry in advance for the length of my response, I didn't mean for this to be so "wordy". I do however appreciate the opportunity to put these thoughts into words within a forum of educated people. If the moderators wish I can put this up as a vanity thread and we could discuss it there... (o:]

Well, the reason I almost fell off my chair is because for days the US MSM resisted mentioning the religious/ethnic identity of the rioters, not to mention resisting reporting on it at all in the first 4-5 days of the riots. That said, the next day ABC's World News Tonight backtracked and there was no mention of religious/ethnic affiliation. Honestly, it was back to the standard fare of - just enough info to say we mentioned it...

Please keep in mind through the next section that I'm not saying you're wrong - you definitely may be correct and I may be completely off-base - I just want to express how I'm seeing things at this point... I admit that I am confused because in this current state of affairs there is no clear-cut distinction of "good guys" and "bad guys" as there has been in past history... It's not like WWII when the majority of our country was united in thought and action.

I understand what you are saying in regards to the "global cabal and the freedom loving patriots" as it applies to the various heads of state. However, it seems to me that the people are not quite so accomodating...

Liberals here in the US - as I'm sure you are aware - are very much thinking of this whole conflict in a much different way. The activists and the people of the "left" (including/encouraged by some democrat politicians) are blindly(?) making bedfellows with those who would impose Islam across the globe because they see them as "victims" of imperialism and "victims" of religious intolerance... Either that, or they never understood the whole "appeasement" issue.

THAT's what I don't understand in the slightest. I hope it really is a case of a vocal minority, but I see them as being completely brainwashed at this point - the "liberal" activists in this country (the youths in particular) see Islamic jihadists as their "friends" because they are fighting against the current administration whom they see as their enemy. This is evidenced by the fact that the anti-war groups repeatedly refer to the jihadists as "freedom fighters" combating "occupation" by "hostile" forces. I honestly don't think they understand that if the Radical sects of Islam gain power they will NOT "live and let live".

As far as "environmentalism" - I do see that being a factor, but a much more dangerous thing I see happening across the nation is the Communism/Socialism teaching(brainwashing) that is occurring at our larger universities and even in lower grades within the public school systems (mostly in largely "liberal" communities). The push among the youths for communism/socialism is fervent in some areas. Even on kids websites that have nothing to do with politics I have seen open support and encouragement for communism - complete with praise for the current Chinese government as well as Castro and Guevara (I monitor the places my kids go on the WWW (o:).

It seems none of these youths even know what happened in Tienamen(sp?) Square, or what life was like even under the old USSR wihin the countries of Eastern Europe. They have no clue in regards to the suffering of people under leaders such as Stalin - they are not taught these things, and when they are brought up it is said that these things happened due to "imperfect" administration of said ideologies.

IMHO, the communist/socialist/anarchist activists have been much more vocal in the last few years than the environmentalists. It seems to me at least that there has been a shift since the start of the war in Iraq towards concern of governmental power, and not "saving the Earth" as has been the focus over the previous decade. I think "global warming" and other environmentalist issues have been put on the back burner in favor of speaking out against supposed "atrocities" that they see in connection with "imperialism" That said, there is obviously a tie-in with the whole "war for oil" mentality and environmentalists but I think that's a handy selling point for their propoganda...

By minimizing the threat, people are less apt to "shut down" and "become worried or paranoid" about the potential threat of terrorism. If the threat proved to be true, an "oops, sorry we misjudged it" mentality would take over. Meanwhile expendable people stay at their jobs, don't disrupt the economy, or frighten others.

I would only add that IMO the environmentalist were always a front for the communist/socialist/anarchists. Thier true color is now showing...red. Did you have an opportunity to read though some of the articles/threads on Gorbachev and environmental movements? Very eye opening.

I live here in Rapid City and have been following this case very closely. An interesting little factoid.........of the 15 cases (one fatality) here, five of the victims had never been to Casa del Rey. There is also one confirmed (four rumored) cases in Sioux Falls...........clear across the state from us.

The owner of the restaurant is a friend of ours and is just devastated over this. The colonial Mexican fountain has been removed and all the vents, ductwork, etc. has been decontaminated. Another puzzle? Not a single one of his 35 employees has been ill. Oh, he also said that the fountain was regularly chlorinated.

We had some wonderful seafood enchiladas there last night.

Even though the powers that be are trying to wrap this up in a tidy little package, we still have a lot of questions unanswered.

Nailed that one for sure. I see it everyday in my classroom. Minorities have been duped by the liberal power brokers and they've bought the whole nannystate package. Most liberals amongst the US citizenry are misguided sheeple. They have no idea of the reality of the pure evil they are helping to foster on the world. The power brokers...the CFR Insiders consider these to be useful idiots and as ultimately disposable as the rest of us. As far as the delay in the timing of the announcements, I'll bet that just like any huge bureaucracy, the orders had to slip down from "on high." Actually I sorta think of the various heads of state as puppets of the CFR who is actually financed by the various global corporations and world banks. It is a masterful stroke of disinformation that the educational propaganda system defines socialism as a redistribution of wealth from the wealthy to the poor when in fact it is an actual consolidation and control of all wealth by the wealthy and the poor have nothing to do with it. But they support the agenda whole heartedly. You think companies like Xerox or EXXON see themselves as American companies? Nope. They're too big for that. They see themselves as citizens of the world and they'd like for that world to be one they helped to control in every sense of the word.

Hence the creation of CFR in 1921. The purpose of that group was to infiltrate and control all the branches of government right below those elected offices and eventually those as well. They have succeeded beyond their wildest expectations. Within a matter of years say by 1925 they controlled the Department of State. Do you know that to this day articles appearing in the CFR publication: Foreign Affairs as OP-ED analysis often become U.S. Government policy within months? True. That's politics. Their sister group, the Trilateral Commission was created by Zbignew Brezneshki (sp?) a senior advisor and puppet master to Peanut Jimmy Carter in the mid 1970's. Isn't that the truth!!! I keep hearing people saying over and over - but everyone will be equal. There will be no rich people, or poor people, etc... etc... They have no clue that everything will be owned/controlled by the state, and they don't understand that human nature dictates that there will always be power hungry people who will use these systems to gain control and wealth.
