CBS REPORTER TO WHITE HOUSE: ALITO 'SLOPPY SECONDS?' Mon Oct 31 2005 11:26:56 ET
CBSNEWS Chief White House correspondent John Roberts described the Presidents selection of Judge Samuel Alito as sloppy seconds during todays press gaggle with White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan.
John Roberts: So, Scott, you said that -- or the President said, repeatedly, that Harriet Miers was the best person for the job. So does that mean that Alito is sloppy seconds, or what?
Scott McClellan: Not at all, John.
Sloppy seconds is described in the United Kingdoms A Dictionary of Slang as:
Noun: A subsequent indulgence in an activity by a second person involving an exchange of bodily fluids. This may involve the sharing of drink, or more often it applies to a sexual nature. E.g. Im not having sloppy seconds, I want to shag her first.

Unless you were there and can prove it I'm not going to believe that she was. She does not believe women that say Clinton raped them so by her own way of thinking I don't have to believe her.
bttt
Thanks for sharing this.... Yes I agree a real apology would be over the air, evening news. But left-wing DimWits and MSM generally only provide grudging half-incomplete apologies at best. Well in any case, there must have been enough of an uproar to cause the B@$t@#d to recant and apologize. Don't you just love it? These B@$t@#ds just hate the internet and conservative bloggers! Hah-hah!
This scum reporter should apologize DIRECTLY and by name to President Bush and Judge Alito.....not to McClellan (who happened to be standing there) and certainly not to some generalized stupid public out in the ether zone (in Robert's imagination).
The sexual reference was an insult to the President and the nominee, period.
The apology I read is no apology at all. In fact, it insults apologies everywhere.

Roberts will be gone for this remark. Even SeeBS won't keep such a jerk on the WH beat and there are plenty of other airheads gunning for the assignment.
C. Lani Guinier, a nutcase Harvard Law prof....

McClellan should, in the very least, not call on him ever again.
Oh man, that would have been an all-time howler!!!!!
That's assuming someone was desperate enough to go in there 'first'!
Just called. You can tell the woman who answers the phone is sick of hearing from all of us. Keep it going!
Act like a moron, doesnt bother me.
They just don't get it.
Tell that to leftists like Estrich. Who along with people like those at NOW sat on their hands when numerous people stood and and said Clinton was doing some pretty bad things to women. If Estrich was indeed raped for her to continue to support Hillary and Bill Clinton is sick. She's the moron.
I just "know" that Estrich made up her rape the same way Estrich "knows" that Bill Clinton is a nice man who would not hurt a fly and his wife should be president. Get the point?
Oh, and did you see Estrich on O'Reilly the other night? She appeared to be drunk or on something.
That's true. The creep I was drawing a blank on was David Gregory.
"Prince of the Power of the Air" has quite a different meaning when you think about it like that.
Woking in the industry I work in I have often said the same of it.
He doesn't look too happy to me.
Most reporters don't if they have to apologize to a Republican press secretary..........
