TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Police used tear gas to break up a rock-throwing crowd that had gathered to protest a planned march Saturday by the National Socialist Movement.

At least two dozen members of a Roanoke, Va.-based group that calls itself "America's Nazi Party" had gathered at Wilson Park just before noon and were to march under police protection.

but what is "do harm" ...and its a silly law becuase how does one dertermine if a march will be harmful..I mean what if a bunch of whites violently protested the million man march 10 years ago causing harm...could the judge then deny the permit for todays March for the 10 year anniversity becuase it may "cause harm"

There was no incitement to more hate by posting that link here on FR. I though that this site supported sharing information outside of the MSM.

and what a dumb law it is....what if a bunch of us held a rally to protest Muslim terrorist and as a result Terrorist attacked the town we were marching in..could the judge then deny us the permit to hold another march becuase it may "do harm"

There were reports earlier that there was a pregnant cashier at the gas station. She and a customer were in the protected booth. Haven't heard anything since.

They were rescued by the police and they were unhurt. Probably scared spitless though.

what difference does that make...what if were local nazi's instead..should they still be denied a permit to march...and if the answer No(locals can march) then why can't that marcher bring a relative/friend with him from mout of town...the million man march and other protest in DC have 1000's of people from out of town...(just playing devils advocate and not tyring to argue)

Sorry for the delayed response - had to reboot. I agree with your post. I don't know ANY neo-Nazis or if I do, they are sure not sharing. And 99.9% of the hate comes from the left.

We can agree that all things being equal (height and weight) the male in most instances would be stronger than the female.

My point is this......If you have for instance a male officer who is 5'5 125 lbs and a female officer 5'7 130 lbs which of the two could more effectively make the arrest or carry out any of the tasks you listed? Or as another example... a female who is in good physical shape as opposed to a male who is not. I do not think gender is a factor only size in some instances. There will always be encounters with criminals that are bigger and stronger than the office regardless of gender. L.E.O is more about tactics, judgment and force options not the size or gender of the officer.
