and what a dumb law it is....what if a bunch of us held a rally to protest Muslim terrorist and as a result Terrorist attacked the town we were marching in..could the judge then deny us the permit to hold another march becuase it may "do harm"
Since it was from the SCOTUS, it would be an opinion, not a law.
By the way, from your well reasoned response I still see that my comment in small font in post 542 applies...
