what difference does that make...what if were local nazi's instead..should they still be denied a permit to march...and if the answer No(locals can march) then why can't that marcher bring a relative/friend with him from mout of town...the million man march and other protest in DC have 1000's of people from out of town...(just playing devils advocate and not tyring to argue)
