I just love how at times Drudge has the messed up links on his headlines when you click on them it leads you right back to his homepage.

Drudge does that because he doesn't have any other information yet.

Drudge does this to increase his "hits" also. If you keep trying, he keeps increasing his "readers".

I hate to say this, but she resembles a young and far prettier version of Helen Thomas...

"Drudge does that because he doesn't have any other information yet."

Very poor web design. If he has no other information then it shouldn't be a link. It's clear this is to increase his 'hits' as an earlier poster stated.

Must everybody be a friend of the Bush dynasty?

It appears they are setting things up for Jeb, then George P. Bush.........

I want a real conservative, if that's not too much to ask for.

However good she is, she will not be taken seriously as a candidate.

No judicial experience is the disqualifying factor. The principal job of a supreme court justice is to write judicial opinions with the type of legal analysis that will withstand the scrutiny of her peers on the Supreme Court and will earn the respect of the judicial community.

Nah, I think it is very poor intelligence (by the end user). Whenever you place your mouse over a link, your web browser, in its lower left corner, will display where that link will take you.

I'd lover her too - but I think she's a non-starter. Owen or Luttig are my hopes.

No judicial experience is the disqualifying factor.

How about we get a common citizen on the US Supreme Court? Someone with common sense to say "how will this affect all Americans", not someone who has been part of the system for decades.

Someone like me!

Harriet Miers
Age:59
White House Counsel

What we know about her on key issues: Nothing.

Likeliness to be a judge clearly in the mold of Thomas and Scalia like the President put his honor and reputation on the line to nominate and ONLY nominate: bascially zero.

Unmarried at 59, no kids, ambitious. Call me nuts, but this has social progressive written all over it. Ann Coulter really nailed it in her column. The White House seems to think the average American wants a pro-business court and could give a damn about social, moral, and cultural issues.

Thomas and Scalia, Thomas and Scalia, Thomas and Scalia!

I (we) will NOT forget.............
