Likeliness to be a judge clearly in the mold of Thomas and Scalia like the President put his honor and reputation on the line to nominate and ONLY nominate: bascially zero.
Unmarried at 59, no kids, ambitious. Call me nuts, but this has social progressive written all over it. Ann Coulter really nailed it in her column. The White House seems to think the average American wants a pro-business court and could give a damn about social, moral, and cultural issues.

You contradict yourself. Since the answer to the first question is "nothing," the answer to the second question can only be answered honestly as "don't know."
More importantly, this is a rumor only at this point. It really doesn't matter what this woman's credentials are. It will only matter if and when she is actually nominated.
Oh, lovely. Just what the SC needs for balance.
I don't know about the "pro-business" part, but I want a court that will follow the constitution. I would like to see them out of the moral issues entirely.
