Been there...done that. Fought with Wisconsin over a $67 tax bill...I've never BEEN to Wisconsin, and I voiced my anger by telling the governor that I understood now why they are called "cheeseheads." It worked.
(My apologies to those cheeseheads who are not in government in Wisconsin...if I lived there, I would BE a cheesehead...especially at the Packers games!)

No, the social is what they based their argument on. That and my name. I had recently gotten married, and I ended up having to send them a copy of my marriage certificate along with a scathing letter of reprimand for their unwillingness to accept my word for who I was....telling them I never lived in Wisconsin was no defense...
