Been there...done that. Fought with Wisconsin over a $67 tax bill...I've never BEEN to Wisconsin, and I voiced my anger by telling the governor that I understood now why they are called "cheeseheads." It worked.
(My apologies to those cheeseheads who are not in government in Wisconsin...if I lived there, I would BE a cheesehead...especially at the Packers games!)
At least its just a case of mistaken identity...she's not passing herself off as me...my name is pretty common, and there are a number of us out there!
