WOW....only 40-some-odd posts... Here I was looking forward to the next 000! It's good to have you back! I know; that low number was a surprise, you now have a ways to the next triple-ought.
I hope the selection of home for the month is okay; it was rather hurried because I needed to find something quickly and notify the list before I disappeared to go write a magazine article due Monday. Finished the first draft a half-hour ago and now need to get away from it for the evening.
Don't know what I'll do at the end of this month. I'll be off to Asia before 10/31, and not returning for a week and a half. Unsure about Internet access for things such as this during that time.
How're you doing?
Whoops... it was raining and thundering outside -- suddenly both have quit. *\:-(

International american can probably give you some pointers about Asia and the internet...although I haven't seen him around for a LONG time! Thanks! I probably won't have much time, though. These meetings are grueling. I may try to arrive with a down day before the meetings (as secretary I cannot sleep in the meetings, and this is only the second one where I've gone west instead of east), and I will have a down day between meeting and conference that I'm planning on taking in Tokyo instead of Seoul -- but my host will probably arrange a full day of touring....
Just heard a rumble so the storm's not completely gone...
get some rest and I hope you'll be feeling better tomorrow.
