The Hill newspaper gives us a peek at the Democratic playbook for the Roberts hearings. Below are the attack assignments for the Democratic members of the Committee:
Kennedy -- civil rights
Leahy -- Bybee torture memo
Biden -- privacy, personal autonomyand the 9th Amendment
Kohl -- Property rights and civil liberties
Feinstein -- "judicial activism" and Roe vs. Wade
Feingold -- limits of executive powers
Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

He's not. The President did what he always said he would do -- nominate the best candidate for the job. The 'Rats and the Lamestream Media consistently misunderestimate the President and are surprised every time he does the unexpected -- keep his word.
This guy is going to be an incredible force on SCOTUS over the years. He's very persuasive and very sharp.
The President picked a great first nominee and then picked a great Chief.
Why is Feinstein wearing Monica's blue dress?
He makes me feel brain damaged.
"Whats your stance on gun running husbands"
Fear not, he's doing great! Brilliant recollection of every decision he's ever written, nimble avoidance of every attempt the senators make to trap him. Oh, he just make the point again that it's the legislature's job to make policy, not the courts!
He's kicking major booty, prairie.
Ahhhhhhh Senator "As cute as a button". :-)
Typical Democrat. They believe people can't do anything without assistance.
Sessions' session
LOL!
Yes, demand TOAD LIMITS!!
Oh geeeeeeeez, is right. He's already said he's not going to address specifs... that an open mind is necessary.
Has to go vote so he is splitting his time.
Coulter was dead wrong, not that she'll ever admit it.
I'm absolutely amazed at his ability to answer these complicated questions without even hesitating.
It's like he knows what they are asking before the questioners do.
Sen. Session's up.
BRAVO! Sessions giving him due praise.
SNL Skit?
With Schumer coming up, it is a true pity John Belushi is gone...
Samurai Senator, your sword is broken...
I was thinking the same thing.
Woo Hoo! Love Sessions!
You're giving me flashbacks. Mommy telling me that a lady never, never wears white shoes after Labor Day. :-)
