A detachment of 300 Arkansas National Guard troops landed in anarchic New Orleans on Thursday, with the authorization to shoot and kill "hoodlums" Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco said."Three hundred of the Arkansas National Guard have landed in the city of New Orleans," said Blanco.
"These troops are fresh back from Iraq, well trained, experienced, battle tested and under my orders to restore order in the streets," Blanco said.
"They have M-16s and they are locked and loaded.
"These troops know how to shoot and kill and they are more than willing to do so if necessary and I expect they will," said Blanco.
(It's high time, and even if it does make her sound like an idiot it wouldn't be anything we hadn't already figured out on our own.)

Even if this is true, you'll notice that she never actually gave the order or permission to "shoot to kill". She only states that they know how and, in true demon-rat fashion, expects that they will because in her mind they're just baby killers anyway. But she didn't order them to, oh no, because she's above that type of behavior.

Yes, I know we (justifiably) take a dim view of the French. But AFP is often on top of things the rest of the media miss. For example only they and the LA Times covered the fact that the Kosovo 'genocide' was non-existent, and did so during Clinton's intervention on behalf of the KLA terrorists.
The story is a complete fabrication by the French.
There's NOTHING about this in ANY American media source.

There are a handful of foreign stories, all quoting the French source.
