don't have time to elaborate - see for yourself. This guy was the one Able Danger team briefed who decided it was not worthy of inclusion into the 9/11 report or even to the ears of comittee members since it did not fit their conclusions about Atta. THIS NEEDS TO P*O*P!

Thanks
This confirms what OldFriend heard today about who controlled the documents and flow of information. Where can I source that, Jane?

There is an abundance of info in this interview.
Time to haul Kean and Co. up to the congress and/or a grand jury to find out what they knew and when they knew it!

I wonder how many of these staffers still have clearance. There could have been alot of Bergers running around the archives. I would love to see the archive records about which staffers were there, when they were there, how long they stayed. You could probably narrow the search into who to investigate by just seeing who has spent the most time "researching" in the archives.
Yikes!
I hadn't even considered such a thing...scary indeed to think the 9-11 Commission notes at the National Archives have already been completely sanitized, with the Clinton administration totally exonerated.
Thank you for providing that, YaYa. If I knew how to organize my files half as well, I'd be happy.
Thank you so much, Jane. I'm going there now to read and save stuff.
Excellent find last night, about Gorelick and Zelnick (sp?) being the people who cull through which info and intel goes to the full Commission.

From Clarke's Against All Enemies, p. 127:
"Another Conspiracy Theory intrigued me because I could never disprove it. The theory seemed unlikely on its face: Ramzi Yousef or Khalid Sheik Muhammad had taught Terry Nichols how to blow up the Oklahoma Federal Building. The problem was that, upon investigation, we established that both Ramzi Yousef and Nichols had been in the city of Cebu on the same days. I had been to Cebu years earlier; it is on an island in the central Philippines. It was a town in which word could have spread that a local girl was bringing her American boy friend home and that the American hated the U.S. government.
Yousef and Khalid Sheik Muhammad had gone there to help create an al Qaeda spinoff, a Philippine affiliate chapter, named after a hero of the Afghan war against the Soviets, Abu Sayaff. Could the al Qaeda explosives expert have been introduced to the angry American who proclaimed his hatred for the U.S. Government? We do not know, despite some FBI investigation. We do know that Nichols's bombs did not work before his Philippine stay and were deadly when he returned. We also know that Nichols continued to call Cebu long after his wife returned to the United States. The final coincidence is that several al Qaeda operatives had attended a radical Islamic conference a few years earliler in, of all places, Oklahoma City.
I hadn't forgotten that but didn't remember where it was to post it, ravingnutter. Thank you for doing so.
How did you like "despite a little FBI investigation".
At the time, OKC was the biggest attack against innocent Americans and the FBI investigated only a little? Well, Gorelick pretty clearly told them to shut it down, according to that link you had yesterday about the mysterious Gorelick phone call.
It's just as we've long suspected; Clinton didn't want any foreign involvement in anything bad that happened in this country or he'd have to go to war.
bump
"Evidence strongly suggests it was Gorelick not the ineffectual Freeh who not only misdirected the FBI's investigation into Oklahoma City, but also the FBI investigation into TWA Flight 800. The parallels between the two cases are shocking. And in each case, the Clinton administration constrained the FBI for the same reason: to advance the re-election chances of its standard bearer. "
Although [Jayna]Davis does not document Gorelick's role in Oklahoma City, media accounts routinely describe her as the director of the Oklahoma City task force, the so-called "field commander." As Davis has told me, someone in Washington called the FBI in Oklahoma City and issued a two-word directive on its investigation into Islamic terrorism: "Kill it."
Oklahoma City, TWA Flight 800, and the Gorelick connection

This just keep getting worse and worse.
The stench makes me gag. Generally the cover-up is worse than the crime, but since in this case the crime was 9/11, I don't think it can be much worse.
However, I do have some slim hope that the cover-up is what is going to get these people in trouble.
But even then, I don't think this administration has the desire to go after the people most responsible for this mess...Clinton himself.
Okay, so how do we make sure this outrage peaks during Hillary's run for the White House - assuming, that is, that it doesn't land her and her slimeball husband and the rest of their band of thieves in jail before that?
