London crossed a once-unthinkable line in its unfolding war on terror.

For the world, that line was crossed on 9/11/2001.
We're living in the Brave New World.

...kindled uncertainty among Muslims

Bwa-a-a-a-h-h-h.

the shock from the shooting death of a man in a subway car was palpable

Was it now?

What say you, Ivan?

Maybe this will make some of the 'civilized jihadists' think twice.

Oh brother, listen to this Rodney King treatment. The message to London at large: "Behave yourselves. We're on the watch."

He vaulted over a turnstile and dashed onto a train, with plainclothes police officers right behind him.

And he refused to stop because.....?

" It raised questions about police firearms practices, kindled uncertainty among Muslims and deepened the anxiety of a city that looks, these days, under siege."

Man oh man, what a dumbass! This is a 5 star barf article. I wonder about the uncertainty kindled in the English people after a couple of bombings, or the uncertainty and grief of those who lost loved ones in the bombings in Sharm el-Sheik.

Any criticism of the London Police is insane. The only investigation that should be done is whether a 6th shot missed. A guy on Fox news said these Mullah's need to be shot down the second they advocate violence against the innocent!

Those bad, bad London police officers should have used spitballs.

Consider the source.

The police said the man did not obey orders to stop, so the officers shouted at the passengers to get down and take cover.

Lesson #1 on how to avoid getting shot by the police:

When a police officer tells you to stop...

You STOP!!

So Londoners think that police should never shoot to kill? Wonder what the response would have been if the suspect had detonated a pack of suicide bombs amongst them all?

"Now, please be nice to them. They don't really know what they're doing, you know!"

Good Grief!!!

To put it very bluntly--

I have long ceased having a care about what these creatures ( Muslims ) think, or feel, or fear, or even care about anymore:

Islam, The Alleged Religion of Peace® ( TARP™ )? Click this picture:

No, I am not exaggerating.
I am not joking-
-this is life versus death, freedom versus slavery that we are talking about.
Click the picture, go to the "last," and read backwards.
If you are not informed about this stuff, you will be made sick. If you are informed, you will be made mad, all over again.

...and then, there's this little matter still on the books, waiting to be accounted for:

Where It's 9-11 All the Time...

Click the picture...

"Where it's nine-eleven all the time
and no Sun sets, and no clocks chime
where no voice speaks and no bird trills
the Moon hangs frozen o'er the hills
The winds are still, they seem to say,
Reflect, remember, stop to pray..."

"Imam's fiery message speaks to radical British Muslims"

I wrote this some time ago, and while I wish I could change what is said, I cannot, nor will I, retract a single word of it:

From my file, "Fire and Blood and Iron:"

The entire West ( dare I say "the civilized World?" ) is locked in a fight to the death with militant Islam.

There will be no second-place winner, no "third way" solution-- it is March or Die time, folks.

It is Us versus an eighth-century "culture" of plunder & pillage, forced religious "conversions," and the mistreatment of women.

The sooner we face up to this fact realistically and quit dancing around PC talking-point nonsense about diversity and tolerance, the better off we'll all be.

We did not pick this fight- which really has roots in Jimmy Carter's appeasement in 1979 of militants- but we had damned well better see it for what it is, and be prepared to face it and finish it.

I'll put it in raw, personal terms-- I don't want Sharia law visited upon my women, and I don't want a goat-roper "culture" infesting my land.

I don't want their vile, nasty, loathsome weapons of mass destruction loosed upon my fair country, either.

They picked the fight, and now it is up to us to finish it- balls to the wall, hammer and anvil, fire and blood and iron... freedom is never, ever free, and the coin you pay it in is men's lives and tears and blood.

What we saw during Gulf War I was our military doctrine ( high tech ) versus Soviet doctrine ( throw a lot of low tech iron at the problem )-- and we all know how that turned out.

What we saw in the 3-Week War is Information-Tech,
( What some are calling it Hyperwarfare... )
or 21st Century warfare versus 20th Century...

What I would suggest, and call your attention to, is the fact that we, and Israel, are capable of waging 21st Century warfare, and the entire Arab world is not.

Proven fact, by recent events.

One more thing- this will be a war where we are all called to be warriors- so I very strongly suggest to you that the time has come to get hard, and stay hard... it really is the time for Fire and Blood and Iron...

I am all for blowing the terrorist to Hell, but I have not heard an explanation of why they pumped 5 rounds into this kids brain. Did they think he had a bomb and could pull a string to set it off, or what? I am just curious.

I can see them cuffing him and dragging him away, but it just seems strange that they kill him on the spot.
What am I missing? All very strange.

IMO
The London authorities handled this perfect.

The booger should have stopped and put his hands up but he choose to run.

Apparently they tackled the perp then told the other passengers to get down/get out.
That indicates to me that the cops expected the perp to detonate.

It would take someone with a ton of cajones to do what the London cops did.

Hats off and a salute to all of them.

Five bullets are a lot cheaper than a trial and incarceration. The reason for the shooting was they were afraid he was going to explode the bomb it turned out he did not have.

As our FRiend MadIvan demonstrates, there are Brits with steel in their spines and fire in their bellies to go along with that stiff upper lip.

I am willing to bet that the "rattled" folks are a small minority.

Do you think just maybe one time the media might mention chemical weapons, And remind us all what the President and Tony Blair have been saying for years, Or do they think they wont do that either. I think everybody should rewind and wake up. now.

Article states, " I looked at his face. He looked sort of left and right, but he basically looked like a cornered rabbit, a cornered fox. He looked absolutely petrified, and then he sort of tripped, but they were hotly pursuing him."

How many people did the press have to interview to get this quote, I wonder. Another witness remarked that the man in question looked to be wired, etc., but why state something to support the shooting if you can find that one in a hundred people who will indicate "unneccesary roughness or police brutality." No wonder the average person has no use for the media!
