It is going to be great to watch the liberal groups howl about this one. About time Bush started to lay the smackdown on some candy asses.roflol!
Wouldn't it be great if up next was Judge Janice Brown? That would put them all over the edge!

er, no, not sore...not a loser...unlike you obviously, I don't think that is is all about me...it's about the cause. Fortunately, the cause took a step forward today. All too often during this administration it has gone backwards. Not today. Thank God.
Earlier today you said you were done with me.
I was relieved.
Perhaps you should revisit that concept.

Thanks for the TV picture - it helps us who can't see this.

Roberts looks very humble and truly honored to be there. What an incredible life-changing moment for him. It's nice to see.

John G. Roberts was confirmed by a voice vote May 8, 2003,no roll call record, darn! Earlier they said that Feinstein, Edwards and other prominent dems voted to confirm him. Wish I could recall the list as some names made my eyes widen.

The Prez just said that Roberts grew up in Indiana - I'm sure the healthy midwest principles must have helped get Buffalo out of his system.
Let's just see Chuckie Schumer go against him - a fellow New Yorker.

Whoa! Listenin to what he just said about the lawyers recommendations, the dems could only be seen as obstructionist if they mess with this appointment!
Very good move by the President.

Have you seen the Democrats on the lib networks? They all look like their dog just died and they know either they sellout to the liberals groups and pay in 2006 with Republicans gaining a 61 seat majority in the Senate or let him thru on an up and down vote and listen to their allies howl for years to come.
